I purchased a Funko Pop 8 months ago on pre-order that was expected by Christmas 2023. Did not arrive, I messaged Seventh Dimension who were quite abrupt and told me they had no idea when it would arrive as Funko are a ‘nightmare’. I kept checking their website for updates and the delivery dates got later and later. Now the item has disappeared from their site. I haven’t received it, I have asked for a refund as 8 months has passed but they are not responding.

Sly, deceitful, selfish, greedy, withholding accurate information, incompetent management and leadership, devilish nature."

Scammers and con artists avoid at all cost will take your money gor fake pre-orders and never refund anything back unless a charge back request is raised with your bank

User Pre-orders as Interest free loans . Will never contact you about your order will leave it stating awaiting stock from suppliers. Even though the stock will never be reprinted.

Chasing a refund for days yet to get a response

Ordered 4 boxes of One Piece OP06, unfortunately as others mentioned I didn't get these boxes, which have been pushed first to April, now to June. I've given 3 stars as although it's true that this could be see as a "free" loan, I have to recognise that they were quick in issuing a refund.

Item didn't arrive in a reasonable timescale after paying £5 postage for some tiny cards. Emailed, messaged, tried all sorts of enquiry types - no response. Finally asked for a refund as the birthday they were for had long gone and a day later was told item was dispatched - even though I no longer required them. Didn't get a refund, explanation or apology. Just this item has been dispatched. I would never buy from them again and definitely not recommend. I do not think they actually had the item in stock.

Avoid at all cost!!! I pre-ordered one piece cards from them at a time where they were available at many shops in the UK. Later when I checked their rating on trustpilot and realised they have a tendency to not fulfill pre-orders it was too late order anywhere else because they were sold out everywhere. I kept track of that item on their website until release date and not only was it available all the time but it also went up in price. So for weeks they have taken pre-orders while every other shop in the UK was sold out. Clearly no intention to fulfill all of them, so just a big scam. Check on Reddit as well to see how many people didn’t get their products.

Stumbled across this cool little shop, the staff member I spoke to Marc was so helpful and knowledgeable. He told me about the games they run in store and they had some really cool items in stock!

They are scammers who lie about stock they have and never actually plan to send out your order. I have orders from back in December 2023 which they haven't sent out yet, they keep telling me they don't have the stock yet they will happily take your more and advise that do have stock. Do not trust these guys

Lack of email updates for delays (only when asked), conflicting email updates on orders, and incorrect product (gave me an update for Lorcana when I ordered One Piece, lol) updates for orders. Eventually they cancelled and refunded my orders when asked. Unfortunately, I will not be shopping with them again nor recommending them to anyone I know. This experience with them terrible. Those still waiting for One Piece, await summer reprints and shop elsewhere.

They are running a preorder scam with one piece card preorders. They just hold your money indefinitely and will not respond to messages. Only replying that shipment is coming “later.” Chargeback these frauds.

Avoid like the plague. Terrible customer experience with products never showing up. Do not trust their website, they are taking orders for products they do not have in stock.

I pre orderd One piece for rrp on the website, money was taken and when it came close to items being in stock after few months i get an email saying "Order was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has not yet been refunded" then next day the same box is up on the website with 3 x the price. This is taking peoples money and going back on their word. Would not order from again!

Will take preorders and hope you forget about them when they don't turn up

After pre ordering some One Piece OP05 and waiting over 2 months to even hear anything i had to contact and ask what is happening with my order, and then being told sorry supplier has let us down.

Seems like they were waiting for me to forget and wouldn't have told me or refunded without me contacting first. They take pre orders and orders for items they don't even have available. Big waste of time and money. AVOID

Pre-ordered One Piece boxes end of December. It's supposed to be out by end of January. No word. Reached out and they said product is limited and partially refunded the overstock. They aren't proactive and are sitting on our money to leverage for future inventory purchases.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company the managing staff accused me of being a fraud telling me I am not entitled to my consumer rights and that it is 7th dimension who make the rules regarding returns. I phoned them up and "Gary" become very threatening, violent and abusive over the phone accusing me of fraud telling me I cannot recieve a return on a booster box that had been badly damaged due to their lack of packaging. He then proceeding to hanging up the phone telling me he has "real" customers to attend to and that I wouldn't be getting a refund even though I am well within the time frame and right to do so. Please guys avoid this company they charge extortionate prices literally inflating the price of one piece boxes from £85 all the way up to £130 absolutely inexcusable in my opinion. They accused me of being a fraud when all I wanted was a box of cards that was not damaged avoid them at all cost!

If items are not in stock why are you listing them for as they are in stock completely disappointed please sort your website out 👎

Pre-ordered £500 worth of Booster boxes of Lorcana & One Piece in October 23. Stock was expected in January 24. Waited until the end of Jan 24 to email and query the status of my items. Was told that all OP orders had been cancelled a while a go and they will be issuing a refund that I will recieve in 5-7 days. OP01 at the time I made the order was £200. No way i can afford one now as a box will run me £400. Worst experience with any UK retailer! I wasn't informed that my pre orders were cancelled until I emailed them. They were happy to hold £500 of my money with no intention to contact me. Feels like they were waiting for me to forget. I cancelled my orders of Lorcana and ordered from a different retailer (next day delivery & 25% of RRP).Avoid these guys like the plague!

They take orders and payments for stock they don't even have. After waiting for a month been told to wait another month to receive an expensive item.

Wouldn't trust to use again
