I was looking to schedule a brewery tour as a Christmas present. Although there weren't any open dates initially, I received a prompt response to my email inquiry assuring me they'd provide updates. True to their word, they soon sent the necessary information, which was fantastic.

It was delivered promptly, all you need really isn't it?

My SIL loves the beers, I rocked up just at close of business to collect them and they were still very friendly. Support local. Shop local.

I wanted to book a brewery tour for a Christmas gift. No dates were available, but after enquiring my email was replied to promising to update me soon. This email promise was followed up with the information I needed which was great

A very good range of beers that taste well. Prompt delivery. Have ordered from them before and will do so again.

Friendly welcoming staff. The reason we called was promptly and efficiently dealt with by the staff and the Sales Manager at the distribution depot on Trafford Warf Road. We wouldn’t hesitate to call again.
We were given a really good impression of the operation of the Seven Bro7hers company.

Great beers, fantastic Christmas gift for my husband / we both love Seven brothers beers 😀

Quick delivery, good communication and well packaged. Haven't tasted the beers as the were bought as a gift.

Unfortunately used a delivery company (Dhl) which failed to provide any sort of adequate service. Returned my package to sender at the first given opportunity without:

1. Any delivery attempt on the agreed arrangement date.

2. Any delivery attempt at my request for a store collection after that.

Subsequently didn't receive my purchase so a bad experience overall.

Easy to order quite speedy delivery and best of all great beer !

It was easy to place an order. Dealt with speedily and able to collect the following day. All very straightforward

No fuss. Delivery on time and safely.

I ordered a few different beers during the Black Friday sale (Throw Away IPA, Buzz and the new Krush double IPA). They’re all really good beers and they arrived within a few days. The only downside were the small dents in a number of the cans which I’m guessing was caused by the courier probably not handling them with as much care as they should have.

Received great customer service after a courier issue with my initial order. The reshipped items arrived the next day and I was compensated for my troubles. Hasn't put me off ordering from them in the future.

Carrier delivered my parcel to the wrong address, causing me to spend time trying to work out where my parcel was delivered & embarrassment in having to apologise to the kind neighbour who took in my parcel.

Additionally, the POD claimed that the parcel was signed for by somebody called Antony. Nobody by this name lives at the address where my parcel was delivered. The carrier knocked on the door & left the parcel outside. Then the occupants answered their front door, the carrier had left.

I e-mailed Seven Brothers to offer the above feedback with no response to date.

The whole experience was disappointing to say the least & this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced delivery issues.

As a result of the above, I am highly unlikely to be ordering from Severn Brothers again.

1 of the beers was missing. There was zero packaging in the box so nearly all of the cans arrived dented. I am now into the 5th day waiting for an acknowledgement of my email asking when the missing item will be sent. I don't find the customer service matches the quality of their excellent beer.
