In my opinion not professional enough and Risky
Looking for a new company after getting ready to leave my current company that now has too many bad actor clients that I've been with since 2016(company before that I was with since 2002), and while researching found this company but thier contact form doesn't work. Their website claims you can get in contact with them 24/7 but it's wayy too hard.
Easily getting in touch with a company is Crucial to any proper business(I've some of the same clients since 1998 and have always been reachable by phone, form and email). Even tho I personally don't like using them, I clicked on the live chat. It opened an excruciatingly small to see text rectangle and I began to type. I informed him that his contact form was broken. He said something about being able to contact them if I registered. Why would I register first if I don't know if they're going to be worth spending my money with? So he can get my address and Spam me? Then, for some reason all of the text became obnoxiously LARGE where I could only see about 3-4 words on the screen at a time, having to scroll back and fourth. The fellow online said they block outgoing mail and they monitor my clients email?, and I didn't get around to asking the remainder of my questions for the guy seemed focused on spam email stuff(proper email functionality is just a small part of my company), he was replying about and so I decided to directly email because that chat is very irritating and since they don't list any other contact access on thier site, using common sense, I directly emailed 1 of the 4 standard email addresses most competent domain admins have configured (support), and received an auto-reply message back that they won't accept mail to the address unless you are a registered user of thiers and so if their login was broken(like thier contact form is), or if a person had Immediate problems and seriously needed support, but then for example, the client couldn't log in to Serveroptima or say like, they forgot their log in credentials, there would be no way for a client to get support because there is no way to contact them out of that chat box thing hours. In the auto reply they have mispelled "recognised". Paying attention to detail is critical in this business!!!
I am the client that I look for when I gain a new client and so that means they lost a possible Perfect Client.
