Purchased wosp high torgue starter .Got off to a slow start but communication then improved dramatically.

Great customer service. Bought some vibrant resonators, and collected in person from their store. Quick and easy, also spoke to Craig who helped me with some good information on product selection.

Delivered late due to stock availability. Was notified but did not respond to questions so the reality is the item arrived too late and I needed to buy from elsewhere.

Serck held stock of a Garrett actuator that I really needed and could not find anywhere esle. I asked if they could send the part quickly so that I could fit it before the weekend. Michelle was extremely helpful and got the part to me one day earlier than expected.

That sort of customer service is more and more rare these days so kudos to Serck for standing head and shoulders above the crowd.
