Repaired my broken Nikon AF-S lens that Nikon had told me was obsolete and couldn't be repaired. Lens is now working perfectly and came back to me in absolutely pristine condition.

The job they did for me was not easy and the necessary parts were apparently difficult to source. As a result it took quite a bit of time and was not cheap. Nevertheless the camera had a complete service as well and is now working well. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Lovely staff, much cheaper than other places i’ve gone to for quotes, camera feels brand new. will definitely use again!!

My binoculars needed fixing and Sendean repaired them. They are now better than when I first bought them! Excellent service - very professional and straight forward to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Reviving Equipment

You get used to a particular camera, and after a while begin to love the idiosyncrasies of how your camera works, and the pictures it takes. So when the camera stops working, it's more than an inconvenience; it cuts you off from the way you like to take photographs.

Enter Sender. They can revive your equipment, and through it, your enthusiasm for taking pictures. And they do it efficiently, fairly, transparently, and reasonably. I have had two cameras repaired this summer by Sendean, and they have done a great job in both cases - in the second instance, within ten days so I could go abroad with my favourite Sony DSC-RX100.

I had both an old Pentax film camera and a Panasonic digital camera needing fixing - and the manufacturers couldn't help as they no longer had parts. Sendean were helpful and knowledgeable, gave a prompt estimate and completely the repairs early. I was delighted with the result.

I took one of my dads well used and much loved old cameras to Sendean Cameras in person to be repaired, serviced and cleaned.

Within a day or so they emailed me a full quote detailing what work would be required and a breakdown of the costs and the timescale involved.

All the staff I spoke to in person either via email or phone were extremely helpful and courteous.

The camera, that has a great deal of sentiment to me, was returned within the timescale and I was astonished at the result.

My trusty Canon EOS was clearly in need of some maintenance, but the regular places all said it was too old. They referred me to Sendean. I took it to their shop, discussed the problems, and within three weeks it was ready for collection, working perfectly and the two lenses that I had included were also obviously much healthier. Dropped my lens off, they fully serviced, found spares and cleaned it up. They checked over all components and after an extensive week of testing, it's never performed better. Service was great, and they were really accommodating that I don't live in London so I couldn't just drop in and pick it up straight away.
