All very helpful staff, right from sales men ,fitters, office staff, measuring up team all in all a great team. We got our whole house done , 11 windows & 2 composite doors & very pleased with the whole deal & price ... You tell them when & what you want them to fit ie ALL at once or in bits at a time & they'll do it for you . i think it was anytime within 12 month of ordering & don't pay until job is completed Definitely recommended.

Secure Windows did a great job. Their communication prior to the job was excellent. The boys that fitted the windows worked so hard and were clean and tidy. The windows look great. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

I have recently used Secured Homes Ltd to install replacement windows throughout my 4 bedroom house and couldn’t be happier. The 2 fitters worked extremely hard to get the job finished within their given timescale. They were polite, professional and respectful of myself and my property and left everything clean and tidy before finishing for the day. I was a little apprehensive beforehand as it is such a big investment but needn’t have worried as everything went well and I am super happy with the installation. I would also like to offer a shoutout to Adam for his care and attention to detail throughout the process and for keeping in touch with me at every stage to make sure any little issues were dealt with and to make sure I was happy with everything. Overall, a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend Secured Homes to anyone considering replacement windows & doors.

I wouldn’t use this company again
I wouldn’t use this company again. Didn’t replace the cladding above my bay window so I have grey windows and old white cladding. Rang up and spoke to Adam regarding this and explained that I thought this would have been included in the fitting as the rep that came out never mentioned it and I just assumed it would have all been replaced with new. Myself and Adam agreed that it would be replaced at a reduced cost of £300 and he would ring me with an appointment…. I’m still waiting. 😡😡
