I couldnt recommend Secured Homes enought. I was happy with the price. Great communication and really helpful in helping me to choose the style of windows i wanted. The guys came on time fitted all my windows and cleaned up after themselves. I had a slight problem with one of my windows and the came to fix it with no trouble. Amazing company

…’ I can see clearly now’….
Salesman Steve was our introduction to ‘Secured Homes’ and he’s a credit to the company. Friendly, informative but most of all not the least bit pushy. He listened to our brief and delivered an outcome that confirmed we wanted to go ahead with our order.
Within 3 weeks our windows were installed by a team of efficient professionals, (ones that actually clear up after themselves) and what a difference. Already we’re benefiting from the reduction of outside noise!
We’re really impressed with the workmanship, installation and completion of our windows and would recommend ‘Secured Homes’ for any home improvements.

New windows & Door's
I've had new windows and door's fitted by Secured Homes and I'm very happy with them. They let me pay in 2 instalment's, I paid half and they fitted the windows and then when I'd saved up the other half then they fitted the door's.
The quality of the door's and windows is brilliant and I highly recommend them. They are quieter and warmer than my old windows and door's. I've just had the door's fitted today and I have to say that the fitter is very skilled and took his time and did a very good job.
I had 5 windows and 2 door's fitted and I'm very happy with the whole procedure.
And the cost of everything was very good too. They gave the cheapest quote out 4 companies.

The two lads doing the installation were polite and friendly. They worked incredibly hard and left the house tidy after the job. The windows and front door look great. Hoping a saving in energy bills will offset some of the cost.

Great quality installation very neat and tidy!
Very polite and on time with everything from the very start to fitting doors and windows,
we did have a hiccup with some of the windows and a door but was reassured it would be resolved in quick time and it was without any hesitation, they always answer phone when we called and no speaking to robots which is a bonus. All windows and doors look brilliant, no mess what so ever can't even tell they had to take old windows and doors out with how clean it's been left!

I called secured homes about an adjustment needed to my new front door they installed , they couldn't have been more helpful .the installer came on time as arranged and sorted out the adjustments . great customer service .and a follow up call to see if everything was ok.

Reece the fitter very pleasant young man…
The guy who initially came was pleasant and gave me a good price, although had calls of when I would like my door fitting, was never pushed to have it done there and then. Received a call the day before to confirm the booking and time that I should expect the fitter. Reece arrived and explained what he was doing and tidied up after himself, getting rid of the old door and frame. Left all clean and tidy inside and out. Love the new door that I have finally got.

Nothing bad to say about this company. From the first knock at the door to get our interest, calls to organise a quote and the work itself - all stages were great. Polite people, hard workers, 8 windows fitted in one day to what looks like a very high standard. Having a side panel had always made things difficult when I looked at options in the past - but the guys were really helpful and I’m really pleased with how their suggestions have worked out.
