'Christmas Holiday Rescuers'
I didn't know till ten days before Christmas whether I'd be able to travel home from Toronto to Casablanca, Morocco for the holidays. Nick the agent got me a last minute fare I could live with though has to do bit of bargaining but the deal was reasonable and lucrative ultimately.
I was anxious about giving the card however as per their wording the come out good as they charge the card only to get my confirmed reservation. Of course a genuine flight in a deal with some attached rules for promotional discounted fare deal.

I had an amazing experience with Secretairfares!
I booked my flight with them back in December 2020 from Toronto to Delhi and everything went great!
I was having back and forth conversations with Carlos regarding flight fare updates and travel restrictions. I had an incredible customer service experience.
I am definitely going to book my next flight through them!

I have made a booking with Mr Rozer from Toronto to New Delhi on 12th Jan 2021. I have got very good fare and as well as service from secretairfares. I will definitely going to give them a business in future. Best of Luck

This company are scammers they are thieves they are liars!!!!!!!. I want to warn everyone to not purchase any tickets from this company.
Whoever experienced an issue with this company to sue them.I had a family emergency and I had to purchase a ticket ASAP on January 13 I spoke to several agents before booking flight to make sure fare price is correct .I was assured that it is correct so I trusted them and purchased my flight- was confirmed I received an email confirmation to accept the charges and fees to make sure all the information is correct which I did in order to receive My tickets within 24-48 hrs.
However agent by the name Charlie who was from the beginning walking me through and confirming my flight sends me email without further explanation that my flight has been canceled. Agent Charlie is the one who contacted me and confirmed my booking. Once I received a letter about cancellation I immediately called and tried to reach out to Charlie however he didn’t even bother himself To come to phone. I was told that he will return my call within 10-15 minutes which he didn’t.Then I Called back other agent try to assist me. Instead of solving my issue they used my emergency situation to oversell the same ticket at higher cost.They were telling me different stories each time when I ask Why it was canceled. Later on he blames on the Turkish Airlines stating that they are not agreed with the fare cost So I have to come out of pocket extra $300 to $400.
I believe this is true scammers Who plays with people life during this pandemic By knowing people have an emergency to overcharge them.This is what exactly agent told me :”since you have emergency you have no choice to pay extra for your flight in order to leave the country”.I have contacted Turkish Airlines to confirm about the fair agreement between agency and airlines. The representative from Turkish Airlines said : we have nothing to do with other agencies prices. It’s up to them for how much they are selling . if they showed the lowest cost and they agreed to sell it to you for that price they should honor it.I’ll file a complaint with the Turkish Airlines they will contact the secretfares.com To investigate.In meanwhile I will contact my lawyer to sue this company with playing with peoples lives and with their money/time . Do not trust them do not buy any tickets from them.

CAREFUL! This website advertises low prices but it's only to hold a ticket!!!!!! Like what?!!!!! Their prices are not for your ticket, at least not all of it, you still have to pay the rest of the ticket price at the airport which is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! [and I have a screen print of the price advertised and the chat conversation to prove it]

I just purchased a ticket on American airline. The ticket cost 395 dollars, which was paid. Then 13 hours ofter I see another charge to my account for 244. Good thing my bank declined that transaction. When I ask ronny why, he try to tell me that the 244 was the taxes for the American airline ticket, but at the same time that 244 was going to a different account other than American airline. They are a bunch of thieves. Now am talking to my consumer protection bureau because they keep threatening me that they are going to put a red flag by my name so I cant travel on any American airline unless I paid them 244 dallor

I got bad experience with Secretairfares service. The displayed ticket price is not clear. You will be charged other fees in addition to taxes. Unclear and Unexplained fees are charged on my ticket. When I ask them to cancel my booked ticket before they issued it, they charged me 200$ (in less than 24h of booking it). Never try to use this compagny services.

This is the worst Airlines booking company ever.
Don't deal with this company, the customer service is really bad.
I talked to Ronny, who helped me a lot to book my flight.
I sent him an email to modify and (or) cancel my booking to change my dates flights. I had no reply for 4 days and today, he told me that he never receive my email (and I got screenshot proof to proove that the email was sent in 24h belong my booking (you can cancel any flight tickets before 24h).
I was willing to pay extra fees (up to 500$, I am a good customer no?)
So don't book on this website, IT A REAL SCAM. I'm now contacting the authorities and make a formal notice to this website because it's a real scam.

Honesty, the worst costumer service when chatting, they have me waiting to answer my questions and never answered, Ronny was his name, absolutely a disaster as a costumer service representative.
