The telephone support on booking was superb - my leading the booking for a party of 14 on two boats presented lots of queries and questions. All answered quickly and clearly. Competitive quotes and high quality boats in resort. Flights, transfer and everything all faultless and likely to book again for think about the 10th year running. Tim excellent and a call the day before departure from Will with details of shop opening hours appreciated.
Croatia as a destination was excellent!

Great experience for the second time with Seamaster. A very personal service offered by Tim and his team gives one confidence when booking. Seamaster is definitely working with good partners abroad and we were again very happy with the boat that we chartered and the quality of service offered by the charter company abroad which makes a real difference to the whole charter experience.

Just back from our first sailing holiday, Kostas, our skipper, couldn’t have done more, every day was perfect. Truly a holiday of a lifetime…sailing, swimming, sun and some fab harbours! Lots of fun, would highly recommend.

This was our first experience of a sailing holiday and therefore we were slightly apprehensive. Fortunately, we chose well and Seamaster guided us through choosing the boat, the area (South Ionian) and all the other steps beforehand, and then our skipper Roman made it a holiday we'll never forget! Roman is very experienced and took time to understand what we were looking for and then took us to so many beautiful bays, lovely ports, and great restaurants, we had the best time. Would highly recommend!

Tim was excellent at advising us as a family where to go for our first sailing trip ! He gave us lots of advice and options for the dates and budget we had in mind. Always at the other end of the phone whenever I needed to ask anything. And if Tim was not available Will was on hand to answer any of my questions.

We had another fantastic sailing holiday thanks to Seamaster. They gave lots of good advice to help us choose the right boat. Their communication is excellent, they are always available to answer any queries. I have recommended them to several friends in the past, and will continue to do so.

Great choice of boats and very helpful at making a selection of boat and where to sail. The information pack and support ahead of and during the charter were really appreciated.

We especially wanted a boat with A/C and they managed to find one in an area where there were very few on offer.
Easy to deal with and knowledgeable, they also produced a great booklet guide on our cruising area which we found very helpful.

Seamaster, thanks for organising a fabulous holiday for our family, from the initial enquiry to the trip itself, professional and personable, and thoughtful in shaping our choices.

In particular we have to mention our skipper, who helped make it an amazing holiday, and was a pleasure to have around. It was as though he was a family friend.

His knowledge and experience of the islands and sailing stood out and allowed us to relax and enjoy knowing we were in safe hands. He understood what we were after in terms of sailing experience, travelling between islands and using a mixture of marina’s, buoys and off anchor.

We had lots of laughs together, he provided patient sailing instruction, tailoring the route to cater for our preferences and allowing lots of fun all to a shared playlist, who knew we were into 1980’s Croatian pop music!

No surprise we wish we’d booked for two weeks and already planning a trip for 2026.

Awesome adventure that we will all remember for years to come.

We have just returned from a magical week on a skippered catamaran with Seamaster, sailing around the Dalmatian islands in Croatia.

The whole experience with Seamaster, from making the initial enquiry to booking and managing the whole process, was excellent. As first-timers on a yacht charter, we particularly appreciated the time Tim and the team took to talk us through the options fro 5th outset. It was great to deal with a company with such a personal touch. Communication from Seamaster before departure and during the charter was prompt and clear.

The holiday was absolutely brilliant and perfect for us as family with two teenage boys. Our skipper was fantastic and secured very good moorings at the various places we stopped. We hope this will be the first of many holidays and we will not hesitate to use Seamaster again.

Great customer service; called me several times to discuss our booking which was great and sent a really handy sailing guide to the area which was fab.

The communication in the lead up to the holiday was excellent - prompt and clear. The local agent was very good. We had a couple of technical issues on the boat that needed addressing and this was done very quickly by the local team. I would definitely recommend

Seamaster is my go-to. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable in terms of advice and boat choice. Completely across the various charter companies and regions. And clear and efficient through the booking with friendly follow up. Can’t fault them.

Just thought we’d drop you a note to say how fabulous our sailing trip to southern Ionian was.

The boat was great however we did expect to have fan in the cabins and the absence of these made the nights extremely hot and uncomfortable. For this reason, we would not take this boat again.

So apart from that our Skipper Romain was perfect in everyway. We cannot stress enough how important that was to us. He clearly loved sailing and so was very happy that we wanted to sail whenever conditions were suitable. He encouraged us to get involved and coached us when our knowledge was a bit rusty. He was excellent company, and we were very happy to have him with us in the evenings. His English was perfect and more or less fluent. He was very knowledgeable and found perfect deserted spots for us every day, mostly out of the way of other boats. He understood the workings of the busier ports like Fiskado and Kioni and had good moorings planned, as well as finding us excellent places to eat. He also handled the check in and check out for us seamlessly. We cannot recommend him strongly enough if you have other clients looking for a Skippered Charter we would strongly recommend him, we will certainly use him again.

We should also mention that the charter company (IYC), who were also excellent, the fact that we were able to restock the water tanks and refuel on our mooring made a big difference , as previously we have had to queue elsewhere to do this. Generally, the boat was clean and well equipped when we arrived.
