Ordered a new 5-Point Door Locking System from Sealco as it was by far the cheapest online. The lock was promptly delivered the next working day and well packed

Required replacement threshold rubber seals to my door through west and tear.
Never realised the abundance of seals there are online which for me was a nightmare.
Got a recommendation to try Sealco not only for price but for help and advice.
Emailed the company late at night and got a response next morning with details of what I needed.
Visited the Falkirk branch and got Graeme who talked me through the parts and explained how to fit.
Cannot thank the team highly enough for their help and advice given.

After a quick delivery, I discovered I'd order the wrong part! I promptly ordered the correct item, which again arrived very quickly. The moment they received my return they refunded the full amount to my card. They couldn't have done any better. Thanks Sealco.

My porch door lock failed after 17 years so I contacted Sealco. I sent a couple of pictures and measurements as best I could and they came back to me within two days as it was an old lock.
I ordered the lock on a Friday and it arrived on the Tuesday. The lock fitted perfectly and the door is back in operation saving me from replacing the door.
Great product and excellent service, I highly recommend them.

I ordered an item on Sunday after for next day delivery. I accept that Sunday is not a working day so I expected the delivery on the Tuesday. I had not received any delivery information on Tuesday morning, so I contacted Sealco and was told there was a 24 hr delay and I would get tracking info that afternoon - I DID'NT.
Had to chase again on Wednesday (via on line chat) and was told there was a problem with the carrier and it would be another 24 hours. I requested a refund on the delivery as it was not next day. I was told this wasn't possible as they had paid the carrier. When I pointed out that my contract was with them, not the carrier, Sealco stopped responding. So next day delivery is actually delivery in 3 days!
I actually had an "order complete" email the day before it was delivered.

Very happy with the supply of upvc hinges and handles. I had a couple of questions and problems, all dealt with quickly and professionally. Really recommended this company.

Bought a replacement Lockmaster lock for a double-glazed door.
The part was in stock, so I ordered it with standard delivery and it arrived 3 day later, well wrapped considering it is 1.5m long.
Fitted it and the door works perfectly now.
Great service - I would certainly use Sealco-Scotland.co.uk again if needed.
