Really quick delivery, spoke to someone on the phone and they were really helpful with advising me on the produts, going above and beyond. It was packed really well and arrived in time. Another great delivery. Will be buying from here again 👍🏽

Avoid if you need anything any time soon. I placed an order almost a week ago and received no updates via email. I contacted them at the beginning of the week and was told it would be dispatched that day and arrive the next day. Two days later I was told the same story again, that they’re a day behind and the items are still at the warehouse. Safe to say iol be taking business elsewhere

Placed and order, was sent a despatch email but there was a 'problem' with the collection according to DHL. I complained and finally it arrived a week after it said it would. Parcel was badly packed, the box was falling apart with a tiny amount of brown paper.
One of the items was leaking, 2 were missing with a written message saying they would be sent.
3 of the 6 sealants have an expiration date of April, just over a month away and were missing the nozzles. One of the sprays has a smashed cap as well but luckily still works so fine.
Had to chase them about the missing items, eventually received a reply after messaging them twice saying they'd send replacement nozzles and a replacement for the leaking item. No mention of the sealants which will expire in just over a month.
New parcel arrived and all they sent were the 2 missing items!
Terrible company.
Will update my review as things progress.

Edit: They eventually sent me a replacement for the leaking item and it looks like very old stock with the label almost destroyed.
They sent replacement nozzles but refused to do anything about the silicon that is near expiration and tried to tell me that it will be ok as they've stored it very well and some rubbish about the expiry date not meaning much until it's opened?!
They have also now deleted my account and stopped communicating with me.
AVOID!

Wow I'm really impressed with this company I was needing some specific items which other online companies had let me down in supplying/fulfilling my order. Sealant supplies packed my order same-day had it shipped out and it arrived to me the next day! I couldn't be more happy 100% recommend thank you so much for your amazing service and fab customer service

Great service great products highly recommended

Fast delivery, great communication and well priced products. Looking at the reviews i fell in a predicament, i wasnt sure if i should bother. But lucky i did! I ordered on a monday recived it 3 days later in time for my job. Very kind people who talked to me on the phone and reassured me i would get it in time and they didnt disappoint. Really recommend thank you very much SSL!

Will use this company every time now.

Waited for 2 weeks before receiving a fake shipment notification. The tracking link says they did not received the parcel from sender. I immediately asked for a refund and they agreed but the amount never show up on my account Its now been 3 weeks after the request.

In case like me you have ordered from Sealant Supplies then read these reviews and thought "Oh no! Is it going to arrive in a reasonable time or will I have a half finished kitchen at Christmas?!" I can tell you that my order did arrive on time. I ordered on Sunday night and it was delivered on Thursday.

Poor delivery times.
The website quotes 48 hour dispatch times and 5-7 working days delivery times.
However, my order took 13 days to arrive.
Products seem good but let down by their delivery system.
My order was also delayed with DHL who couldn't give me an udpate either.

Ordered on 08/10/25. After the same day confirmation email not a word from them for a week. Emailed them, they said sorry for the delay supplier did not inform them the 1 Yellow and 1 Black sealant I ordered was out of stock but will be with me on Friday (9 days after order placed) Friday came and gone, then Monday....No delivery. Emailed them again, They're sorry, now my order is definitely on it's way, will be with me on 23/10/25, Thursday. Well, the black turned up. 1 Hour later a bucket of Mapei grout I never ordered also came, obviously somebody else's order...
Emailed them about the yellow sealant, they said the supplier just told them that it is now discontinued. 15 days down the drain. I could have picked up a black sealant in 10 mins at any local merchant, I needed the yellow but that never came now was I informed that it will never come.
Save yourself a headache and stay away from this company.

Excellent service I received thank you. There was a small problem with my order but Sealant Supplies responded very quickly and were more than helpful in sorting it out. Everything I have purchased has been good quality and a very competitive price.

Ordered on 11/09/25. 20/09/25 today and still no sign of delivery so have had to cancel tilers, delaying the job for several weeks. Poor delivery times seem to crop up in other reviews, which is a shame as website was easy to use and the product well priced.

Ordered on 4th September, paid £11.99 for delivery within 48 hours.
Called to chase delivery to be told she could not find order and would have to use online form to find it. They then say sorry for delay it is on the way. You keep chasing to eb told same thing.
Then chased again today to be told item not in stock would we like something else.
Will never use again.

Ordered two 20kg bags of floor leveler, after 16 days still no delivery. Contacted SSL they state that DHL have lost the order. No opology, contact or custmer update. Very service and would reccomment buying from this company.

Excellent service!
Items all in stock and delivered on time- well packaged too.
Any issues the staff were happy to help especially with alternative if my original order was out of stock
