Great customer service and great prices!

They had to product I was looking for and shipped quickly. I later learned their pricing was higher than buying directly from the manufacturer....lesson learned. I especially like their policy wetsuit on exchanges.

When I received my order, the primary regulator in the bundle I purchased was completely covered in dust! (I have photos)
I was so excited to be purchasing my very first regulator set and when I opened the box to see a dusty primary regulator that I would be using to BREATHE AIR through and relying on it with MY LIFE... I became overwhelmed with disappointment!
For goodness sakes, if the reason I got it on sale was because it was inventory that had sat for a while... the least they could have done was clean the darn thing before sending it to me.
How can I trust that the dust hasn't affected its function?

Every time I try to order, my order is put on hold for a bogus "...upon checking, some order information provided did not verify with the bank which issued the card."
Every.
Single.
Time.
And when I try to contact Scuba.com customer service or whoever they outsourced their credit card verification to, they do not even try to help me with the issue. My brother and my sister-in-law got me a $100 gift card I want to use, otherwise I would have stopped trying to purchase from them.

Website was easy to navigate, and it was unbelievably expedient Services would recommend to anyone.

Scuba.com has great prices and a good selection of some high quality gear. Underwater, under pressure, it's important to have gear you rely on, so I'm not looking for the bargains, I'm looking for the quality. They ship well, have good shipping times and prices, and helpful customer service

I was looking for a pair of fins and put the wrong one in the cart and completed the purchase. I made a separate purchase for the ones I wanted and messaged the store to see if they could add the new one's to the same shipment and if there was time to remove the wrong ones. I received a message from the store and the girl that was helping was great she removed the wrong ones cancelled the 2nd order and added it to my original order so I would have one purchase and one shipment. Great customer service.
