I ordered a swimming suit that was on sale. It came quickly and I love it. Quality fabric and a great fit.

Disliked getting a mismatched pair of dive boots, which led to riding a size larger that didn’t fit. Liked your customer service person Reese who immediately understood what had happened and overnighted the right size before my scheduled dive trip. Unfortunately, because of the mess up the replacement shoes were not the color i wanted but made due with a different pair. Thanks Reese.

I ordered size 9 boots. When they arrived, the bag indicated size 9, but the boots were size 8. I tried to do a return online, but failed. I called customer service and we had difficulty understanding each other. They offered to send the correct size, no need to return the wrong size 8s. I sent the 8s back anyway, don’t need them. I am uncertain if I will ever get size 9s?

Ordered several items and arrived by the estimated shipping date. No issues.

Mario explained in detail about the Mares Puck Pro Ultra Lite Dive Computer, asking about my requirements and recommending it as a good option for what I needed. It was an Open Box purchase, and they had two of the item. Both in the original packing and looked unused. Used last week and they worked great!

Doing a refund/exchange was the easiest process I've done online ever.

They show on the web site a tool kit with tools and only deliver the tool pouch. They try to scam me. I will never buy from dem again.

Our Cressi snorkel gear arrived quickly and everything was just as described on the Scuba.com website. Extremely efficient! Highly recommend!

How in the world did this site get any good reviews. I spent $31 on a mislabeled size and wrongly advertised wetsuit... Didn't fit and needed weights, which was stated on the web site as "does not need weights" and the part about it being neoprene was not mentioned, which would be a giveaway that it did need weights.
Avoid them like the plague, please.

Scuba.com had the Scubapro Cruise Coat in stock, in my size, and at the best price I've seen. Ordering was easy and straight forward too. Finally, scuba.com has really upped their game as far as delivery is concerned. I live in the metropolitan Milwaukee area and I was surprised on how quickly I received the coat. I'm 100% satisfied!

Super happy with my new snorkel I use in a pool for lap swimming.
