ScrubDesignz Recensioni

I was super positively surprised by how fast everything was handled, especially considering it was during the Black Friday period and right before Christmas. The custom graphic design process was incredibly quick and smooth.

Communication was excellent. Responses were almost immediate, and the whole workflow and procedures were clear and professional from start to finish. I always knew what stage the order was in.

The package arrived just a few days after I was informed that everything had gone into production. It was very well packed, so the decals were perfectly protected and arrived in flawless condition.

Overall, a great experience. I can definitely recommend them and will gladly order again in the future.

I order graphics every year since 2020 now. The last 2 years i ordered at Scrubdesignz and i couldnt be happier, the Customer support is fast and always easy, they try to fullfill every wish and even if you have multiple requests its never a problem.
Before i used to order from a cheaper website but the graphics from these cheaper suppliers rubbed through from the knees in no time so i switched to scrub, they are a little more expensive but the quality of their graphics is worth every cent.

Conclusion: Great Quality, Great Support, will definetly order again

Everything was perfect, excellent work, it couldn't be better. Highly recommended.

Very reliable company with top products on the market, reliability and quality, fast delivery!

purchased and received my new graphics/plastics + seat cover for my bike for the 2nd time with scrubz design the quality of the graphics/plastics are 💯 very pleased i added some custom stuff to them!! mark was very helpful every step of the way and always replied with any questions I asked 👍 highly recommended !! Thanks again..

After a quote accepted for a personal design based on an already existing kit (brand modification, color modification). After paying 30€, it will appear after several exchanges that the pretty two-tone saddle decoration adjusted to the design of the side plastics is not possible, after 2 emails ... possible but no guarantee of perfect adjustment (they need the motorcycle). In short, I lost 30€, time, and disappointment. Too bad the design I really liked.

Plastikkit mit Dekor
Super Dekor, Top Qualität und Preis schnelle Lieferung jederzeit wieder.

bought from them via ebay. not happy with the quality and send the graphics back to them. they dont answer my messages nor sending back my money. complete scammers.

Absolutely useless at replying to messages.
Be it emails, messenger, comments on the Facebook posts or eBay. I’ve been trying to buy from them for over a week now with numerous messages to them and only 2 replies. Now I’ve given up!!

Reply:

I didn’t place an order with you because you either took days to reply or didn’t reply at all so it made it impossible to place an order with you. This is the place to leave reviews on poor companies like yourself. All you have done is lie throughout. If you don’t believe me just look at there feedback and reviews from others. They’re not a great company at all.

Update 6-5-25:
I have been contacted by Scub Designz and they helped to resolve this problem. They sufferd from their server problems why I never got my drafts. They finished a new draft for me with the communication I experienced like the first time.
From 2 to 5 stars deserved. Would recommend.

OLD REVIEW, THIS HAS BEEN SOLVED:
I orderd a decal kit for my 50cc what all went perfect.

So when I bought a 2023 KTM I thought lets make an other order there because it all went fine. I selected an draft from there website, wanted to make some modifications so payed them the ammount that they ask before they start modifying. Took a long time and did not hear anything. Mailed them with the questions when I would receive my draft. After the mail I got the draft and they replied they had server errors and thats why I did not got the draft.

I asked for a second modification what also took al long time. Asked them if all went fine because did not got my second draft and if this could be because of the server error they had. Did not get an reply. Replied again with a question mark and did not got an reply.

Did not expect this to happen from them because the first time everything went smooth and got the decals real quick.

I ordered a seat cover which was affordable and good quality. It came in a nice box with a lot of stickers, air freshener and a keychain. Also fast shipping in europe.

I received the new kit for my KTM today and have to say what a fantastic job the guys have done, it's transformed the bike.

Over the moon with the service, delivery time, quality and customer service was above and beyond.

Highly recommend

Dont waste your time with this company, they dont answer emails, they make excuses, they have no knowledge of the industry, I told them I had a brand new Husqvarna FE350 heritage version and they thought I had an old bike, these people are rude and ignorant, and the price doubled from the listing within there website, Avoid and do not trust there are plenty of others that do this and probably better. As you will see my review is pretty much saying what the other reviews below this one are saying....

At the moment you did you the paiement, you can forget them. They didn't sent me the good template for swingarms and handguards, be sure that they take 2 weeks to answer and finaly don't help you. Quality is good, SAV is literaly b*llsh*t. For a too high price.

Don’t waste your hard earned money. Below average product for inflated prices! Terrible customer service.

I purchased a seat cover which did not fit, the dimensions were not even close. The material was easily torn while fitting, Not material you would supply for motocross. Don’t waste your time and money guys!

Ordered myself a new seat cover for my bike, first off Top quality and looks the nuts couldn’t be happier, had a slight mix up with parcels which is understandable during these times!, but the guys down Scrub was bang on it and got it sorted very fast and efficiently, Mark called me to let me know what was going on and went the extra mile to ensure I had top customer service, 100% recommend these guys!
And will definitely purchase from these guys again in the future
