Had my hearing test today and was very pleased with Mohammed Al-Abdul @ Hamstead. He explained things really well. Excellent service

Had an excellent thorough hearing test at Scrivens in Witney. Everything was explained as to what was happening. New hearing aids more upto date. Would highly recommend the gentleman.

I attended scrivens optictans at Oxley wolverhampton for my yearly eye check.
The staff were very proffestionlal in what they did and treated me with respect.

Staff at Ripley Derbyshire shop always helpful and friendly,had some new hearing aids and I am delighted with them.

Went as both part of routine and because I suspected by eyes had gotten worse. All the staff were lovely (especially since I don’t know a lot about the process since I am still newish to having glasses). Was able to address both the problems I had been worrying about, while not feeling pressured to by more expensive stuff than needed.

Excellent team and optician is wonderful I would thoroughly recommend to be seen by them. Couldn’t praise them enough

It was our first time visiting this store on Saturday 13th June and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided. The staff members Lucy and Liz at the Swadlincote branch are wonderful. They were both friendly and very helpful. We will be staying at this branch as a family. Thank you again ladies from Clare and Harvey. 5 ⭐ service

My glasses lost a screw and the lens fell out in Chapel en le frith high street. The lady in Scrivens couldn't have been kinder, absolutely super, and fixed them for me. (unfortunately I sat on them two hours later....so I've booked an appointment for a new pair with Scrivens!)

From the time I entered the store in tonbridge to the time I left I was totally taken of. Harry the audiologist was very informative. I actually walked out with 2 hearing aids, no hospital referral and a happy wife as I can now hear her. The lady who sorted all of the extras out was great too. I would recommend seeing Harry and the team for all hearing problems they were wonderful

Linda from your Westbourne, Bournemouth store is a credit to Scrivens. I've never had the exceptional customer care like I receive from Linda anywhere else. Time and time again she goes above and beyond.

I visited the Dorchester branch, having broken the arm of my glasses.

The lady I dealt with, asked me to leave them with her, and she would she what she could do.

I got a phone call for me to collect my glasses, Helen had found a suitable replacement, and had also put on new nose pads as well.

Nothing was promised, but Helen delivered great service for me.

What amazing service.
I visited the Mill Hill branch NW7 for a contact lense consultation.
They would not allow me to leave until I managed to put the contact lenses in and out - was there for over 1/2 hour trying - staff was so patient.
Really impressed - highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic service, I have been with specsavers since needing glasses, but went to the lymington branch as normal but was told I could no longer have my free NHS eye test as they didn't have a box to tick on computer, even though I stated I was on universal credit, and esa, and do not work due to my serious mental illness, I was made to feel like a second class citizen, so i went back to car and called scrivens in hythe and they booked me in same day.
