Just wanted to say from the bottom of our hearts that we can't appreciate more the service Scrappys Pet Crematorioum has offered our family at such a sad and distressing. Our beautiful cat Willow passed peacefully at home on late Good Friday evening. Contacting Scrappys by email about 3am Saturday morning I wasnt even sure they would be open over the holiday weekend. Paul was amazing and contacted Carol and organised collecting Willow on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend, this wasn't expected at all but amazingly weve got him home today. Getting him back home the very next morning, Easter Sunday was above and beyond and has helped our family so much.

I can definitely recommend your caring and compassionate service to any family going through the loss of any pet big or small.

Scrappy was a stunner of a dog and what a memory you have made for him.

We were devastated to lose our beloved cat, Scout, a few weeks ago. Scrappy's made a dreadful time that little bit less awful - I can honestly say that I have never encountered such professional, compassionate and caring people. They looked after Scout so well and she was back with us less than 24 hours later, with a beautiful sympathy card which was so appreciated.

We felt that we were able to grieve for Scout without any added stress or worry, knowing that she was safe and looked after. Everyone at Scrappy's understood that losing a pet is losing a member of the family, and Scout was treated with the dignity and respect you would want for a family member.

We cannot recommend Scrappy's highly enough - if you are ever in the same situation, do not hesitate to call them.

As my best friend Snoop got older and started to struggle, my worries over the ending started to grow. I stressed so much that i couldn't find a way to say goodbye that seemed fitting to a soul that had been my everything for 17 years!!! Untill I found Scrappys. Nothing can take away any of the pain of loosing such a loved family member but Paul took away my stress and I found the service so helpful in my grieving process. That last extra time to hold her in calm and supportive surroundings and say our goodbyes, then to leave her in hands I trusted to show her ultimate respect and get her back the same day, totally priceless. I can't express enough thanks.

I can't begin to say how much scrappy.s helped us at this difficult time they informed me of every thing what was going on .They collected Bella straight away for me as I didn't want her left at vets so caring and understanding I got Bella s ashes the next day so at a realy sad time at least she's in doggy heaven

Losing our beloved baby cat, The Great Catsby, so suddenly and violently was absolutely devastating to us. I was so worried about that we wouldn't find anyone to give him the dignified care he deserved and then we found Scrappys Pet Crematorium. Right from our first contact with Paul, I knew we'd found the right souls to take our little Catsby on his final journey. So kind, and gentle in manner, we were shown to a room where we could say our final farewells in private. Lovely warm place, bright and airy, not at all sombre and a beautiful tribute to the memory of their little dog Scrappy. Lots of lovely caskets and ornaments are available and paw prints are available too. We chose to have this as an add on and just expected it to be an ink/paint print however it is actually a true pawprint cast in a sand which really is a beautiful keepsake of the paws that painted my windows. It comes presentd in a little wooden display case with a place on the lid for a picture of your little loved one. If I could give them 500 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended and will certainly be entrusting our other little furables to them when their time for Rainbow Bridge is called.

Apologies for the delayed review due to family circumstances. The team at Scrappy crematorium are amazing. We were their first customer and the service we received was so compassionate and professional. I highly recommend these guys who are in this heartbreaking business for genuine reasons x

Care, kindness and dignity is the ethos of this amazing husband and wife team. We didn’t need to worry about our beautiful Cleo when they picked her up from our house as we knew she was in good hands. Thank you for making a very painful time a peaceful experience. From wrapping her in blankets with her favourite toy to letting us know she had made her final journey at the crematorium and that you had said goodbye on our behalf. We could not have wished for a more dignified end to our lovely Cleo’s passing.

Our best friend and our absolute everything crossed the rainbow bridge on Friday.
She was surrounded by her favourite people and was so peaceful.
She loved us all so much and we will cherish our memories forever.

The whole process of this company was unbelievably compassionate from start to finish. I lost my cat and lyndsey I believe was made for this job. My loyal little friend had a unique 100 star send off. They have a small Chapel of rest and words can't describe the sense of peace I found in that place. The pictures on the website don't do the place justice. It's the feeling you get. A genuine warm holding of your heart as you say goodbye to your pet. 100 star for lyndsey scrappy and family.
