Never used them before but it was so easy to get a price for our car to be scrapped. They gave an excellent price, we picked a time & a day & they came on time with no hassle. The money was paid into my account the amount they said. Can’t fault them 👏👏👏👍

Terrible Company
Arranged a collection for today and called the office first thing to check the collection time - am collection. The booking confirmation says the driver will call 30 mins before collecting. I did have a missed call but no voicemail explaining the collection will be cancelled if they don’t speak to you. Called the missed call and spoke to a very rude man who spoke over me and cut me off. Cancelled rebooked pick up as I will not deal with the aggressive driver. Total waste of my paid day off

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration, especially as you had taken a day off work for the collection.
Could you please provide the vehicle registration so we can look into this for you? We would also need to speak with the driver to establish what happened and investigate your concerns regarding the telephone conversation.
Great service
Great service, easy to use and fair price paid to me within 2 days.
The driver was great too. Rang me to let me know he was running behind but gave an estimated time and was spot on time. Really nice guy, a credit to your team
