Had an issue with a Scoville Roasting pan, reached out to Customer Services within no time was contacted by Victoria spoke about the issue and chose an alternative item of similar value which was quickly despatched and received. Customer Service at it's best.

Knive set purchased just prior to…
Knive set purchased just prior to Christmas.
One knife has failed within this time which was sold exclusively via Asda's.
Made contact with Scoville requesting a replacement knife (not a set).
Sorry but you didn't help. This was an exclusive buy. The price of the set should see they last the year at least.
The quality is generally good but unless a replacement is honoured I won't be buying or recommending these products again.

Scoville Neverstick pans
I bought two Scoville Neverstick pans, one a frying pan, the other a Wok, through Amazon. I was so happy to receive them and do love the Scoville Neverstick as it seems a good, tough non-stick surface and cleans up quickly and beautifully. I’ve been using them for quite a long time now and they still look new - and I’ve been using my son and daughter-in-law’s saucepans for even longer. I’m so impressed with them. I am now thinking about buying the set of saucepans.

Pan deformed/changed shape after a very…
Pan deformed/changed shape after a very short period of time after purchase. I bought it from Sainsbury's in April. After a few use, I noticed that the square shaped steak pan started to curl up on the corner. I wish I can take a photo here but it looks really strange. Now the pan wobbles on the hob as the bottom is no longer flat.
Cheap material used that doesn't stand the heat of a quality Miele induction hob.

Amazing customer service to go with great saucepans!
Really friendly and helpful customer advisor. We went from using our saucepans on a gas hob to an induction hob since moving house and I think years of use on gas may have damaged the bottom of the pans, resulting in a poor connection with the new induction hob.
A couple of emails and photos of pans were exchanged and the decision to replace them was made.
Can't fault them at all, our Neverstick pans have been a staple in our kitchen for about 7/8 years and this is the first time I've even thought about using the lifetime guarantee and safe to say I'm very impressed.
Really happy with the quality of products, (we've got pans, oven dishes, cake tins and chopping boards and they're all great) the customer service and help is probably even better than the products would highly recommend.

Remember to register your warranty
Originally left a 1 star review but in fairness they have resolved the issue so while i have some complaints overall I'm going to give them a 5 for honouring the guarantee because that's all i care about. It did take a very long time and although they've confirmed otherwise i felt like i was getting ai scripted answers and was very frustrated. I figured out the pan had been previously replaced with an incorrect replacement so showed the original pan and it's been sorted now. I just hope i get the pan i originally bought this time as tbh the 'stronger' one was not very good and has wanted replacing almost as soon a i got it compared to the endurance i purchased which was much better. I didn't realise they were different as so similar looking. Would not be recommend the green label pan they sell in the asda.

Customers do not matter at all.
I bought a product had some issues write to customer service to try to solve it. They never bothered to reply. I wrote again a month later incase it got lost. Well second one also never got reply as they dont care, you dont matter.

Wrong items sent
I ordered a couple of non-stick baking trays and 6-cupcake trays. I received a chapati pan instead and have no response from Scoville on writing to them. There is no number to call them on and they do not respond to email.
In response to you, I have already tried to get in touch with you a second time.

Great Customer Service
I was really pleased with the customer service. I bought a 5 knife set from Asda and the black anti stick section was coming off. I contacted Asda who were useless and couldn’t care less about customer service. I emailed Scoville and they are sending me some new knifes.

Neverstick is a great name
When they say 'non-stick' that is exactly what they are. After 3 months the wok I bought looks brand new and it has been used very frequently. 10/10
