The company is a scam! they were arranged by car finance 24/7 to review my car thats been powering down randomly and they told me i can not come on the test drive told me a issue is there with the ignition switch and the reports were changed by HQ to suit the car finance company stating no faults. They stated the car was tested 50mph when there are schools are around the area and is 20mph and the nearest 50mph road is 15 mins away and he was back in 10 so the inspection person is either breaking the law or lying on the report. I will be taking action against both car finance 24/7 and scotia and the deal who sold the car! When scotia was confronted and asked to speak with James the manager they stated that under the GDPR Law i cant speak to him and when i spoke to him he was rude and stuttering like they have been caught out. lol this company is a joke! he said he must of copy and pasted the 50mph on the report or he couldnt read the handwriting. JOKE! i will be filing a court case against the companies under The Consumer Rights Act 2015 to provide vehicles of Satisfactory quality. See you in Court!

Good morning Mr Singh, I take personal exception to your allegations first of all the report says the vehicles driven up to 50 miles an hour. It doesn't stipulate what miles per our vehicles driven, secondly in your own admission the fault was not present at the time of inspection and thirdly we invited you to get the finance company involved to give us permission to talk to you, and we would discuss the report with you in full, noting my previous comment that you openly admitted that the fault was not there when the engineer was on site, we can only report on what we find at the time and I invited you to get further information to prove that the fault that you stated was present at the point of sale was actually present i.e. a full diagnosis log from the main agent, which made sure fault code proving that your fault is actually present and was present at the point of sale

100% BAD REVIEWS SAYS IT ALL! The company is a scam, call themselves Independent engineers?? They fix the result to suit the finance company! Disgusting, I will be reporting them to trading standards and I will inform everybody I know that they are crooks! Stay away!!! They are used by Autoguard Warranties, be aware when making your claim!

I look forward to hearing from the trading standards, where we were able to fully disclose who you are and give a full account of our report, noting this is now into May 2019 and would not had any contact from trading standards strange faith that there was something wrong, just because the report doesn't agree with your opinion doesn't mean to say the wrong
