Sorry this felt frustrating, Tanya. We can understand why you would not want to pay again or risk the same issue happening twice.
I’ve checked the order and the size selected at checkout was **8-9 Years** in grey. If a different size was received, then that is something we need to put right. In cases where we have sent the wrong item or wrong size, we would not expect the customer to be left out of pocket for the return.
Please contact us with a photo of the size label or packaging so we can check this properly and help resolve it for you.
