Great service from start to finish from Schepens. Their price was in line with the other quote we obtained and their packing was faultless. No breakages at all. Their teams of movers were always careful, helpful and eager the make the whole process as good and unstressful as possible. Highly recommended.

A professional outfit that provides a personal service. Totally supportive of me during a difficult time following death of a close relative in Norway. The whole team were there, answering my calls & emails, reassuring me, and delivering those personal effects back to UK in pristine condition. Thanks to all the team: Chris, Tracey, Dominique and the lads - Del and Dan - who drove through some atrocious Norwegian weather to collect it all and bring it back. I would have no hesitation in recommending Schepens to others.

We couldn't have been happier with the service. From the start Chris and Tracey answered all our (many!) questions before the move.

We had multiple quotes from moving companies and Schepens was the only company not subcontracting, meaning that our things were looked after by the same people the whole way. This also meant that they had by far the quickest delivery time, less than 1 week from the UK to Sweden (compared to up to 6 weeks in other quotes).

Everyone was professional, quick and took good care of our belongings at both ends. They aren't the cheapest but for good reason and very worthwhile for the peace of mind and good service. Thank you!

Schepens is a professional international and national removal and storage company I can thoroughly recommend. The firm was recommended by a number of people on a Facebook group for Swedish people in the UK when I was looking to move the contents of my flat there to the UK. Schepens did my move early in 2021 just as the worst of the post Brexit custom moves came into place and in the middle of Covid travel restrictions which meant I could not be there. Despite the awful delays at Swedish customs, they arrived in Stockholm cheerfully and politely - according to my neighbours - and packed everything up safely, delivered it into storage, looked after it for over two years, and finally installed it three months ago in the UK, efficiently and carefully. Not a single breakage, one or two scratches on a dish, one or two slightly creased clothes on the top of packing chests, but nothing worse, which contrasted favourably with other removal companies I have used. A delight to deal with, whether in the office, or when I went down to my containers in storage down near Salisbury and and with removal crews. Not expensive for what they do.

Schepens is a classy outfit! Chris and Tracey in the office were magnificent, and Steve and Dean who delivered were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They packed and delivered my household goods from England to Hannover. I would recommend Schepens without hesitation.

Friendly and professional service with no fuss at all. The removals team arrived on time and were quick and efficient on a very cold day. The items were placed into each room on moving in and any furniture that was taken apart rebuilt. Thanks to the team and I’d recommend them!

My partner and I moved from England to Norway and we accnot recommend Schepens enough. The service was amazing since the first moment we contacted them to provide a cost for the service until delivery day. Without forgeting Ryan or Dean which were really friendly and efficient on deliverying all our pckages. Do not think about contact someone else :)

We used Sceppens for our international move from the UK to Finland. They took care of our glassware and art packing very professionally. We chose to keep our home contents in storage with Schepens and shipped over by roadtrain 7 months later. Overall an amazing service. We would thoroughly recommend Schepens.

Great service, fairly priced. This was the second time I had used them, and will use them again. The staff all polite and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble

We used Schepens to move from Norway to London in summer 2022. They damaged floors at both ends of the move with a piano. I was very reasonable, acknowledging that mistakes happen, but asking for some compensation, but there was an absolute refusal to offer any partial refund, just continual denial of responsibility, and increasingly rude and aggressive emails from both Tracey and Chris. The floor damage (circa £2500) claim was passed to a sham insurance process with Sedgwick International (look them up on Google, tells you all you need to know). Finally, 9 months after the move I received an email from Sedgewick telling me that because Schepens deny causing the damage they have closed the claim. This claim process took up many hours, beyond the initial inconvenience and costs of the damage.

Paul, Tracey and the team were knowledgeable, helpful and professional from day one. The removal/delivery crews are brilliant. Efficient and polite, taking care to lay coverings over carpets etc, nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend!

The removal men on both ends were friendly, polite and efficient. However once we started unpacking our belongings we could see that the packing standards were inconsistent and at times shoddy. Some examples (there are several): our microwave arrived completely unwrapped, and missing a foot and dented on one side and a crystal vase was wrapped in ONE sheet of wrapping paper (and arrived chipped), while other items were wrapped in layers of three sheets; 7 boxes were marked "Pots and Pans" and only one of them actually contained these (stressful when you are trying to make a simple meal in your new home to have to go through 7 boxes to get to a pan); wicker baskets were stuffed sideways into boxes and distorted (I didn't have the energy to ask for compensation for these). The most stressful part of the move was being told by Chris at the office two days before the move that it was our responsibility to make sure the road was clear for them to park and unload, and that it was "as simple as that". How could it be our responsibility in a city and country we just moved to to make sure of that? This is my fourth international move and not once has this been expected of us. Lastly, I don't think that the men should be asking us to use our bathroom to shower at the end of the day (this was on the UK side of the move). Of course we said yes because it seemed mean to say no to two men who were going to sleep in a lorry, but this should be the responsibility of Schepen's or they should at the very least ask the customer in advance if this is something they would agree to instead of putting the customer on the spot.

All in all an okay experience, my only problem was communicating with the actual driver's, basically I couldn't contact them only their logistics base back in England. I was responsible for the move of a friend in Copenhagen, and was told that the driver would contact me an hour before the appointed move. This sadly wasn't the case and I didn't know when they'd arrive? They arrived a day late, and if I hadn't have been sent the tracking number details, I'd have missed them...
Yet after arrival they were quick and efficient.
Funnily enough when I met up with the driver, he said he'd tried to contact me? I told him that this hadn't been the case, I run my own business and one thing I have learnt is communication is paramount, especially when working internationally..

From the initial contact with Schepens, through the run up and on the day of the move, the Schepens team have been friendly, responsive and have a cool, calm, "no problem" attitude which significantly reduced my stress levels at getting everything organized ahead of my move.

On the day, the Schepens team were polite, careful and very efficient. I'd happily recommend them to anyone needing a great moving experience!

We have been really impressed with Schepens, from start to finish of the moving process from England to Norway. A friendly team of staff who respond quickly and efficiently to queries, a very competitive price, and a seamless packing-up and moving/delivery process; everyting makes me absolutely happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a good and reliable removals company. I especially liked the fact that they offered our (large) load to be part of a trip with multiple drop-offs rather than our stuff going on the journey by itself - I am sure this helped keep the price down whilst also being a more environmentally friendly option. Absolutely flawless.

Not only did Schepens provide one of the most competitive quotes for our move from Denmark (back) to the UK, but theirs provided us with the most options in terms of a timeline.

From the very first call with Chris to the dropoff just yesterday, the whole thing has worked out like a dream - far better than we could have imagined. I mean, our things arrived at our new house before we even did!

The guys were earlier to collect and earlier to drop off. We weren't quite ready for them to be there so early, but this was no problem for these professionals (Luke and Simon). They rolled up their sleeves and made short work of the pickup.

They say moving house is as stressful as childbirth (or something like that), but these guys alleviated so much of the stress for us. So much so I feel like moving again already.

We will definitely look Schepens up when we (finally) head to Australia.
