Absolutely excellent service. The pot I ordered with my plant was out of stock so I was contacted immediately with an apology and a suggested alternative. Both plant and pot were sent very promptly, received in great condition. Now admiring my purchase which has pride of place on my shelf!

I ordered a plant, communications were excellent and delivery was SO fast I couldn't believe it. The plant arrived in excellent packaging and it is happily thriving.

I think the prices are very competitive. Order was delivered quickly. Sadly one of my pots had a big chip out of it BUT as I thought it added to the rustic look, I never contacted anyone about it. I know refunds can cripple a start up. Would have loved individual care instructions for my plants otherwise a lovely company with beautiful products and I wish them good luck

Very well packaged, arrived in good time and appears to be a very healthy plant. My only reservation is there was no invoice / receipt with the package and most importantly there were no care instructions enclosed. I had to consult the internet for details. For the minimal effort of printing and enclosing with the plant, it should be a consideration.

I ordered a Prayer Plant from Scandiscapes and the delivery was very quick, the packaging kept the plant protected and in great condition.

The website is very easy to use and was very visual, allowing me to choose a plant that would fit best with the room I was looking to put it in.

I would recommend purchasing from this company and would highly consider signing up for the monthly plant subscription as you get a lot more for your money.

Great service and communication. Expected the plant to be larger is my only minor gripe.

My plants arrived damaged as the packaging was insufficient. One of them must have been in pretty bad condition when packed as the soil in the pit was like dust and the leaves slightly scared. When I complained I was offered a full refund immediately though. I'm not likely to order again even though my complaint was swiftly and fairly dealt with.
