We popped in to Savvi and got our flights to Japan sorted for March 2026 with the super attentive and helpful Ann.
As of recent, we did feel the stagnancy with all of the travel disruptions happening in the middle-east, but, the same day that the information was released about our original flights being cancelled, she sorted us out even better flights than we had before!
She really took into consideration our hopes for the holiday with the dates and times we had organised everything for, and so always updated us all the way with transparency, honesty and efficiency.
We felt like we were in good hands with all of the travel animosity and could rely on Ann for timely information.
I would wish everyone the same level of customer service that we experienced at Savvi Travel from Ann.

Hi Roseanna, as before when you made a false review, we have no body in our crm system with you name, you have never made an enquiry, made any phone call so we would not have any contact details. This person amended her review after it was removed. This person also has failed to provide trustpilot with any additional information. All our phone calls are recorded all our emails are logged against our system. Really disappointed that people like this leave faceless reviews that can't be by replied to in a sensible grown up manner to confirm the interaction.
Friendly and professional service as usual. Always my first port of call for flights and holidays. Highly recommend. A great team

Savvi arranged a fantastic trip for our family of 15 trip to Italy we all had different budgets and a few mobility issue. Savvi were able to recommend the right hotels and excursions so that none of us were left out. They even added in cooking class for us all at a local Nonna. we will be going back to Savvi Travel in Hitchin as they found what we wanted.

Great customer service and fabulous holidays
Over the years we have used the Savvi Travel Oakham branch for many of our holidays (Berlin, Lapland, Rome, Barcelona, Mauritius, Corfu and our future trip to the Maldives) and none have disappointed. With all staff being very helpful and knowledgeable when booking, when on holiday and afterwards. Our Berlin trip had flight cancellations on our return and the Savvi team took control of the complaint so that we didn’t have to and we received a lump sum back from the airline as compensation all thanks to the Savvi team. On another trip we had an issue with a hire car and were a little stuck, both Sue and Chloe were on the case sorting it out for us from the UK so that we could enjoy our holiday without the stress. This is what we pay for….good customer service, less stress and a guarantee someone has your back as booking online doesn’t give you that option.
All our holidays have been fabulous in both location and venue. You can pay as much as you like, if it’s a cheaper short break or a special trip, they will find the best options for you.
We will continue to use Savvi Travel and cannot thank the team enough.

Norwegian Fjords cruise
We have wanted to see the Norwegian Fjords for many years but had never been on a cruise ship. As soon as we walked into Savvi Travel in Oundle and spoke to Jackie, she made it so easy, taking care of everything. Showing us the ships layout, the different cabins, the ports we would be stopping at making sure it was what we wanted. Making it very personal and special for us.
We had a lot of questions before our trip medical insurance, car parking, excursion, currency the list was endless but Jackie had all the answers.
Knowing everything was booked through Savvi Travel made our holiday very relaxing and enjoyable.

Brilliant itinerary and experience in Vietnam
We took a holiday recently to Vietnam travelling from north of the country to the south with 7 hotels, two internal flights and daily trips involved. The lovely team at Savvi had this nailed. The hotels chosen on our behalf were great and the collaboration with the local tour operator was fantastic - everyone knew our itinerary and no-one could have been more helpful. Wonderful Christmas Trip
We can not thank Savvi Travel in Olneyenough for the help in organising our Christmas trip to Krakow. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. We have had many problems with large travel companies in the past, so it was so refreshing that we felt that Savvi Travel treated us as individuals and felt like they really cared that our holiday was important to them. Tour and sightseeing of Aus (Perth, Darwin, Melbourne, Sydney, Ayers Rock and Brisbane
Ann and savvi travel delivered a trouble free detailed and excellent 3 week touring holiday to Australia. Having listened to what we wanted the holiday was tailored to our wishes. With 5 internal flights and numerous day tours within the agenda the holiday flowed with no issues. Ann gave a paper run through detailing ( in depth) the holiday which made sure we knew what we were doing were. Thank you Ann for all your help. I certainly would recommend Savvi travel for both holiday security and a good time.😀
