Does not follow through with promisses
3/11/22 - Yet another spammer that uses Gmail accounts to send unwanted unsolicited spam.
Update: 3/17/22 - Company called us again, then sent another spam email. All I can say is wow, I tell you on the phone that we do not outsource this work, and we do not want to be contacted again, and you send more spam after we have already complained on here before. On top of that, the email has terrible grammar, punctuation, and incorrect wording (unless you are actually "impatiently waiting", I guess that actually fits all things considered). Totally unprofessional look and feel to the emails, and the call isn't much better.
9/28/22 Update: Recieved yet another spam email and have requested that the originating IP address be band from Gmail.
3/28/23 - Update: More spam. We had received an email back on 10/08/22 that they would be removing us from all contact. Since then we have received 5 marketing emails.

I sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the repeated calls and emails. I completely understand your concern. Please know that I personally do not engage in contacting people against their wishes, and I’ve made sure your contact information is fully removed from any marketing lists.
It seems the earlier outreach attempts came from marketing reps who are compensated based on outreach volume. That said, once someone makes it clear they do not want to be contacted, we take that seriously and immediately remove their information and that is what I’ve done for you.
You will not be receiving any further emails or calls from us.
If you feel that this resolves your concern, I kindly ask if you’d consider removing your review. It would mean a lot to us, as we truly want to maintain a professional reputation and avoid any future misunderstanding.
