From arrival, I was greeted by Harry and made to feel most welcomed and under no pressure as can be felt by other showrooms we have visited recently.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish – a well-deserved 5 stars!
I recently purchased my new Jaecoo 7 Luxury SHS from this brand-new showroom, and I couldn’t be happier. Being their very first customer made the whole experience feel even more special, and the team truly set the bar high.
James was fantastic from the moment I walked in. He took me out on a test drive, was incredibly friendly, and impressively knowledgeable about the car – especially considering the team had only just transitioned over from Mercedes. He made everything feel relaxed and easy, answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
I also had the pleasure of dealing with Gary, who handled all the financial side of things. Again, the service was exceptional. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and while options for extras were presented, there was absolutely no pressure – which I really appreciated.
I originally went in intending to buy a petrol, but thanks to the team’s guidance, I ended up choosing the hybrid – and I’m so glad I did! The whole process was incredibly smooth. From walking into the showroom to driving away in my new car took just one week, and they even had the exact model and colour I wanted in stock.
Part exchanging my old car made everything even more convenient – it really was a one-stop shop. I was kept updated throughout the entire process, which gave me real confidence, and I loved the balance of that personal, friendly service alongside the ease of completing documentation online.
A huge thank you to the whole team, and especially to James and Gary, for making this such a seamless and enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone!
