Excellent all round
Had been on the look out for a certain model and it appeared on the Mini UK used car web site. Contacted Sandal Huddersfield and spoke with Fran Wood. From first contact to driving away the car the service was fantastic. Fran was really helpful as were the rest of the staff. Can’t recommend this Mini dealer enough. Had previously dealt with Rybrook in Shrewsbury, however since Sytner took over the service is not the same. Even worse at Sytner Wolverhampton. One of the reasons why I travelled from Telford to Huddersfield. When I next upgrade I’ll be going straight back to this branch.

Delighted with my Approved Used Mini L3
Negotiations with Dec Sweeney in Used Car sales were open and honest.
Delighted with the financial aspects and felt the deal benefited both myself and the dealership.

From our first visit to the hand over of the car Fran was excellent very professional and friendly allowing us to make our own decisions which made buying our new Mini a very good experience. All the other staff we had dealings with were also excellent.

Best experience EVER when buying a car
You will not find a better garage to purchase a car from. SO helpful, patient, friendly and non pushy it just makes you feel so at ease and for the first time ever it made buying a car a pleasant relaxing experience.
