Audi S3 8P instrument cluster was faulty. Sent to Sancars via special delivery. They fixed it and sent it in the post on the same day! I had the item back the following day, with Sancars warranty stickers on the cluster. I highly recommend this company. They also provided the best quoted price. Other places wanted the ECU and key, whereas all that was needed was the instrument cluster. Highly knowledgeable workmanship and very polite and friendly customer service. Very easy to use their website also.

Even though they were busy they found time to look at my car which had an electrical fault with the headlamp. They sorted it straight away with no nonsense. Very friendly and cheap. Would have no problem recommending these guys to anyone. Any more probs with my car now and I’ll know where we’d go!

What can i say!!!??? I came across this company by chance on google. Price was good so i thought id give it a whirl. I had a customer with a kuga with multiple issues so I took a gamble on the cluster. I posted it on the Monday only to have it all done, dusted and returned to me by the Wednesday. I plugged it in and all has been great every since. Ive left this review for over a week before i wrote it, as the issue with car was very hit and miss. But it turns out, SANCARS has smashed it. Totally recommend and i will definitely recommend and use again in future - thank you! - WOMANIC LTD

Called these guys late afternoon and made appt to drop off next morning. Polite and helpful. Fixed and repaired in 2 hours. (Left it with them) If you’re having electrical issues with your car, give these lads a call. They know their stuff without the crazy prices! Street parking available.

Sent away non working cluster last post on Wed. was sitting on doorstep first thing Sat. morning,fitted an hour later everything working as new...brilliant! Fast,friendly repair service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT
Ordered the dash cluster for a Renault Scenic 2 on 26 August 2020 at 09:21:44 BST. Gave the details for mileage etc as required. Cluster arrived by first class Royal Mail on 27 August 2020 at 09:30:00 BST.(It was posted at 5.27pm at post office in Leicester). Fitted in car by
9.40 am. Works perfectly. Well done SANCARS.

Excellent service. They fixed a problem I had with my car for around 6 months so quickly and flawless work. The turn around time is great. I can not recommend them enough!

AVOID! They tried to fix my car 4 TIMES.- no success. Do job really quick as they guess and change random parts. Waste time and money!

It's a lie. Before only 1 car mechanic checked the car, he changed spark plugs for me, and said about starting problem I should see car electrician. So I went to you. You aware me for diagnosis only is 50£. I agreed for this. After maybe 3 hours you called me, said its ECU probalby and cost for repair in total 250£. I agreed for this. Than you called again that it was faulty ABS pump not ECU but cost for repair is the same. I collect the car and after 1,5 week the problem came back. So went to you again. You politely informed me that it's ECU and will change it for me for no extra cost. (But before you knew it's not ECU) ok. I collected the car, but problem came back again. Went to you, you said it's coil. And charge me only for part 40£. Ok. But car didn't run smoothly and engine lamp was on. So back again. Than you said you changed small part ( I dont even remember the name) ok. But I only start and drive few meters and engine lamp was on again and car didnt run smoothly! You exactly knew you didn't fix it. I am soo disappointed with you and its my honest 1* opinion.
And at the end i called you angry that you just gave me car back without fix it correctly. The answer was: the only thing we can do for you now if you bring the car back we put the old parts back and give you back your money.
How can I trust you now after this that you will put my old parts ?!? That it will be the same old parts exactly from my car? What a joke. I wont let you touch my car again.
Only what I can consider is partial refund WITHOUT touch my car.

Quick service, good value and professional. I will use them again.

Engine management light kept coming on - limp mode. Main dealer totally useless, complete waste of time and money. Shame on you Sandicliffe Loughborough. I took it to these guys - 4 weeks has passed now and NOT A WARNING LIGHT INSIGHT. Take it from me - these chaps know what they are doing. I wish I had found them earlier. Thank you Sancars

Arranged to take my Corsa to Sancars to repair the instrument cluster, they took it out fixed it within 30 mins. the price was very reasonable and they give a guarantee on it. They even made me a coffee while I waited. brilliant service would recommend.
