Contacted Samsung UK to try to obtain an original lead for my S7 phone. What a lot of rubbish I got through I was then was put on to someone else, then another, then another then another can you believe it I was then told I was being put back to the first person I spoke to. Absolute rubbish amateurs I can think of other words but have to watch what I say. Never got the lead, now looking for another phone. More than likely NOT SAMSUNG.. gave 1 star just because the phone was answered!!!!!!!

Fast delivery service reliable enjoyed my product

Paid $36.95 for 2 day Saturday shipping. Received part Monday. I had to fight to get refund and all they refunded was $17 when I should've only had to pay the standard rate of $9.75 since it took 4 days. I'll go elsewhere next time.

Received my replacement part extremely fast.

This is the worst company ever. It is impossible to contact them by phone. I have an order in for 3 months. Tried calling numerous times. Despite their recorded message they will never call you. Finally a response to email 10 days ago to confirm model number, obviously another stall tactic, still no parts. Don’t ever do business with them.

It is very difficult to call them. You have to attempt to dial the number about 10 times in a row for the call to go through. I initially ordered on May 29th for 2 parts from them and my card information was taken to process the order but was not processed until 3 weeks after. I called them 2 weeks in to find out the status on my order for the rep to tell me that my order was on backorder which the rep did not tell me initially. They cancelled my order and they placed another order assuring me that the parts were in now and after a week I did not get a shipping confirmation. I called them today and the rep told me that the order is still on backorder. I was done. This place has horrible service and they will never get my business again.

This site throws the whole concept of buying Samsung Appliances and available support into question. After 3 1/2 years from the date of purchase, the spider-arm for my front load washing machine (WF42H5000AW) completely disintegrated.

Finding and ordering the replacement part was easy enough, but that’s where all the support ended. After not receiving any shipping information a week after placing my order, I emailed online customer support.

I received a response from Charles (online customer support), who said it would be shipped in 2-4 weeks. After two weeks, I asked again and was told 2-4 weeks again. Seeing no change, I wrote and asked for a supervisor. Charles replied with an adjusted shipping date that was only a week away. A week after receiving nothing, I wrote Charles in Customer Service again and was told they had no idea when my part would ship.

Bottom line, they lie to placate you and their supply chain appears to be broken. Checking for compatible parts, I’ve been told that Samsung no longer manufactures my part. If that’s the case, their website should say that when trying to place an order. I lost the option to buy a used replacement part, because of waiting and listening to their lies.

The worst customer service I ever have had. Not sure if they are still in business. No response to email, no answering phone call!

I ordered a part for my monitor. The item was listed as “ships in 3-5 days” it shipped in 2 business days. I didn’t have any issues and never needed customer service help so I can’t comment on that but it’s a reputable site and I received the part I ordered.

Horrible customer service. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed order and still have not received a shipping email. Called 8 times, was left on hold for 30 minutes every time and the disconnected on, plus sent 2 emails with no reply. Will no longer buy any Samsung products since this is the only site I found with original parts.

They are effective at taking your money and shipping the part. However, if there is something defective - as in my case - they will not respond. Garbage outfit.

I ordered tv legs 5 days ago with 2 day shipping (which I paid 20 dollars for). The order still says “new order” when I go to track package. I have tried to call 3 times for an update and each time the system has set up a call back with next available agent; however, I have yet to receive a call back. Good thing the item isn’t something I really need. Absolutely terrible customer service

They do not communicate properly to tell u itll ship out and charge u when the item "comes in" as if I knew it was out of stock. Then it ships and charges you. I tried to get a hold of them 9 times. Each time their phone hangs up on you or u are on hold so long it directs you to a "call you back when someone becomes available" system and never get a call back. Multiple times called a day and waited akf waited and tried to get a hold of them. Takes at least a hour to get a hold of someone. Then when you return your item you no longer needed because you bought it else where because they didnt have it for a month. (You have to get a hold of someone to cancel 'your pending order') then it comes when the other item comes from another company to find out they charged you and now you have to to return it. Now u pay for shipping BACK AND DONT GET REFUNDED THE SHIPPING OR TAXES THEY CHARGED YOU ORIGINALLY.

Great service. A great help for those that have to buy outside USA

Only deficiency was when I use PayPal on other sites it transfers addresses, etc. yours did not, had to manually enter. No biggie, just a comment.

WEBSITE HAD WHAT I WANTED BUT THE CONTINUE SHOPPING FEATURE WAS EXTREMELY SLOW.
