Samson Consultants Recensioni

The team at Samson Consulting were very friendly and provided a great proactive service. Very responsive and professional.

We engaged Samson at short notice to conduct a valuation for a statutory lease extension. They attended site and provided a comprehensive report in the timeline they had promised and there was always someone you could speak with to check progress.

Samson Consultants were very professional and knew exactly the kind of assessment / valuation is required

I felt that the two guys I dealt with, Mo and Raz was very knowledgeable about the industry they operate in which gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing. Very good service.

Great service! Highly recommend. Definitely the easiest, most responsive part of my housebuying journey. Super friendly team too.

I discussed my requirements in advance. I got clear dates for completing the RICS survey, details of what the survey includes and costs related.
The consultant from Samson Consultants who visited the flat was professional and polite. He completed the survey, asked me questions, all in suitable time. I received the independent RICS report on the agreed week. Subsequently, I received surveyors’ invoice. All as agreed. This was one part of the process that worked out stress free.

Great service. Very responsive and answered all tye questions. Provided thee valuation reports on time

I instructed the Samson team to carry out a Level 3 Survey on a property I was in the process of acquiring, and the service was excellent throughout. Camilla managed the entire process efficiently and professionally. My surveyor Raza Mohammed provided expert follow-up, insights and talked me through the findings in detail, and offered clear recommendations on the issues identified. A highly skilled and personal property service that I would strongly recommend.

As a conveyancer, I have used Samson Consultants and have referred clients to them on a number of transactions. I have always received positive comments from my clients and I have been impressed with their customer service and turnaround times.

They are hands down my first call, more specifically Jay Yooyai has been the Surveyor on most of the transaction, and also Reza most recently.

Tauqir's assistance throughout the matter has also been very helpful and was always available with clear communication.

Would Highly recommend.

A comprehensive and detailed survey of a property I hope to purchase.

Good comapny, in depth report provided

I recently instructed Samson Consultants Limited to carry out a Schedule of Condition inspection on the loft and roof of my property, and I am extremely pleased with the service received. Mr Raza Khan was very professional, knowledgeable and meticulous in his assessment. His report was detailed, clearly explained and easy to understand, which has been extremely helpful in understanding the condition of the loft and roof structure. I would also like to mention Camilla, who was incredibly helpful from the start. She took the time to understand the circumstances and arranged an appointment on a Saturday morning to accommodate access issues. Her communication, patience and support throughout the process made everything much easier. A genuinely professional and reliable firm, with excellent attention to detail and customer care. I would highly recommend Samson Consultants Limited.

Happy with the service and communication. The report is of good quality. Would recommend.

I recently asked Samson Chartered Surveyors to carry out an inspection and report on window installations, and I was really impressed with their approach. From the first contact, the team were professional, organised, and clearly committed to doing a careful, accurate job.

Jay, Karl, and Raza took the time to ensure every detail was properly assessed, even arranging a second site visit to confirm their findings. Communication was excellent throughout: clear, prompt, and always helpful.

The final report was detailed, well-presented, and showed the care and precision that went into the work. It’s clear the team take pride in delivering a high standard of service, and I felt fully confident in their findings.

I’d highly recommend Samson Chartered Surveyors to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely thorough surveying service.
