Dr Luke Oates is an excellent doctor with a great amenability and openness. He helped both my sister and me with a number of health concerns, and we found his advice to be excellent, clear, thoughtful, practical and reassuring. He also has a great and appropriate sense of humour which is appreciated!
What stood out most was his ability to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and offer guidance without ever making us feel rushed or dismissed.
