Great professional service, from initial enquiry to installation.
I would not hesitate in recommending Saltire cookers for any of their services.

First things first... Do not go anywhere else.

I spoke with Steven a few months ago when researching buying an Aga Range Cooker. His knowledge and passion are second to none.

He was able to go through all the pros and cons of the various set ups and really helped to guide me on which one would work best for me and the way I intend to use it.

The ordering process was clear and tailored to suit everything I needed, no pressure or expectation and with clear and timely communication throughout.

Once my order was ready for installation it was arrange to fit around me and the process throughly explained. He arranged for Julian to come install who was kind enough to indulge my curiosity and was happy to talk me through all the steps as he built the aga.

I feel well assured that in the very unlikely event I have need of their services further it will be sorted efficiently!

It has truly been a pleasure dealing with Saltire cookers, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Steven and the team were fantastic and very accommodating when I had to move the install date at the last minute! Managed to still get back in time for me to cook the Christmas turkey!! Installers were fantastic and the product is just as amazing as you would hope!! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Early days but the new oven is performing well and much more flexible than the old oil version.

We got in touch with Saltire after our previous company went into liquidation. We are in Devon and they are based in Scotland, however that distance was not a problem. Steven was extremely helpful and guided us through the purchase with lots of tips regarding which operational system to choose. Despite our new kitchen being delayed and having to delay the Aga installation, they were extremely accommodating. A more local company installed the end product due to the distance but this was not a problem, they were very knowledgable and gave a good handover. We also received a comprehensive operating document from Saltire. Thank you to Steven and everyone at Saltire for what started as a very stressful situation to a very happy ending.
We now have a beautiful 4 oven aga with ElectricKit.

Hadn’t written my review yet because I wanted to use the revitalised Aga for a bit first.

We had lived with our solid fuel Aga for 10 years and had no complaints… but, due to our age, humping tons of anthracite when needing to restock, and for me, carrying buckets and ash pan was becoming a struggle. That and the fact my husband had just plain had enough of the mess…

In short, I loved my Aga as it was… and was really unhappy with the idea of change. We had thought of all kinds of alternatives. I’m so glad I found you guys!

You (Steven, and Saltire Cookers) really were so helpful and very patient with all my questions and procrastination… I took ages to decide what would be the right conversion for us, and you gave excellent advice all the way, no pressure, no problems, just great information, with no enquiry too silly or unworthy of detailed responses.

The information as to what was needed prior to our conversion, what was expected on the day and how to use our newly electrified Aga was spot on.

It has taken us no time at all to get used to the switch! And although I expected to be in mourning I’m not.

To anyone thinking of going electric, ping Saltire’s Cookers an email, unbiased advice, no pressure sales stuff and basically an amazing personalised service, and that’s from someone who never believed I would ever say goodbye to my solid fuel Aga! Instead it turned out I’ve actually kept it, thanks to Steven, and will still be using it for years to come.

I contacted Steven at Saltire asking for some unbiased advice about upgrading my AGA to the Electrickit Advanced model. With Saltire based in Scotland while I live in Dorset I needed objective advice separately from my local supplier. Steven was extremely helpful, prompt and keen to understand my situation.
