We have just collected our first caravan and have had a fantastic experience with Salop Leisure! We are in the position, while using our complimentary night at Love2Stay, that we have everything we need and have been able to get up and running with no trouble at all! George has been supportive, attentive and genuinely cares.. first questions were around the tow car and towing experience rather than just selling the most expensive/heavy caravan he could. Thank you for looking after our family.

The whole experience with Salop Leisure is just so lovely! We store our caravan in their fantastic, platinum caravan storage facility & use Love2Stay on the same location regularly~ being just a short drive across the road!

I have to say that both caravan purchases were a great experience as a result of George’s amazing customer service, experience & knowledge, not to mention his immeasurable patience, including invaluable after service, so often lacking in retail

In our many years of motorhoming and caravanning we have visited many dealerships.
Of our 7 vans, the last 5 were purchased from Salop Leisure.
There are several reasons that have inspired our loyalty:

THIS OUR 2ND CARAVAN BOUGHT FROM SALOP .CANNOT FAULT SERVICE BEFORE AND AFTER AS WITH OUR PREVIOUS CARAVAN WE HAD A FEW ISSUES WHICH WERE DEALT WITH IMMEDIATELY AND PROFESSIONALLY. WE SAW A GENTLEMEN SALES MANAGER NAMED GEORGE HARRIS.HE WAS SO PROFESSIONAL AT HIS JOB .THERE WASNT ANYTHING WE COULD FAULT WITH HIM .THAT IS THE MAIN REASON WE WENT BACK TO SALOP AND BOUGHT A NEW CARAVAN. We recently attended the VIP event at Salop Leisure and decided we would not change our Coachman Arcadia until we saw the Coachman VIP 575 & George! That was the perfect combination, a beautiful van and a fantastic Salesman who has shown absolute dedication to his Company. He was charming throughout, nothing was too much trouble and he was so thorough with everything and arranged the handover seamlessly.

Salop Leisure are a great company, with fantastic facilities including a great accessory shop, brilliant cafe, great showroom and external display area plus a superb high end caravan site - Love2Stay.

Overall this is an exceptional dealership, made perfect by the experience, care and kindness shown by George. An amazing, honest, polite gentle man, whose work ethic knows no bounds.

Visited salop leisure just to have a look and met George and we now have a new caravan. His service and communication was outstanding and always had time for us to sort any concerns and queries we had, nothing was too much trouble from him. Hand over was brilliant . George kept us informed all the way through the process would definitely return and deal with him again.

It was my birthday weekend, and after a day out, we popped into Salop lesuire, for a cuppa, and a wonder round the vehicles on show.

We had spent a good while looking at the Swift Monza, a vehicle that we had previously been thinking about, but had not made any decisions on yet!

After lovely cuppa in the cafe, as we were leaving for one last look around the showroom, we bumped in to George, who asked if we needed any help as he’d seen us looking whilst he was with another customer.

This was the start of a very short decision making process to saying “we’ll take it”

George is the most enthusiastic and lovely sales person I’ve ever met, and I’ve met a few in my time. His obvious passion for his job, and the lesuire industry bounds from him, and throughout the whole sales processes, he continuously went above and beyond in communication, and working hard to ensure that our handover and first night in the van, provided at Salop Lesuire’s adjoining campsite Love2Stay, were exactly as they needed to be.

All in all, Salop Lesuire have been an excellent supplier of our new vehicle, and we will undoubtedly be back to see them again and again, I would have no reservations in recommending them to any friends or family looking for a lesuire vehicle.

Recently purchased a new Coachman from Salop Leisure , Shrewsbury. It was a fairly easy decision to buy from Salop as we have experienced very good service on two other purchases. Our buying experience this time as we expected was excellent. Whilst we understand that good customer service is a team effort we would like to commend our Salesman George Harris for his advice, expertise , attention to detail , organisation and general good humour which we greatly appreciated. The handover carried out by Pete was very practical and useful and thorough. The Service Department deserves a mention and in particular Jordan who helped swapping over equipment from one caravan to the other. We called into Salop Leisure and from the first few minutes of meeting George we knew this was the place to discuss and purchase our caravan.
George listens to what you are thinking about, makes the most helpful suggestions and nothing is to much trouble. The communication due to our handover date was excellent, and the day we collected was very professional by all the team. We had lunch in the on-site cafe, it was served quickly and was beautifully presented.
If you are thinking of buying or changing your van, I wouldn’t look anywhere else. Call in and ask for George, he is a great ambassador and asset to Salop Leisure.

Our second new caravan from Salop Leisure (and from George Harris). George and Paul couldn’t have been friendlier or done any more for us. They looked after us amazingly and were a pleasure to deal with. George’s enthusiasm for caravanning is infectious, and his customer service is just brilliant. Our initial meeting with George Harris filled us with confidence in choosing our first ever caravan - a beautiful Coachman Lusso. He was comforting, informative and in no way pushy. Throughout the whole process he walked the extra mile to keep us informed and answer all of our queries (and there were many!). George is an absolute superstar and we both hold him in high esteem.
