**UPDATE** this is not a review on salons direct (they’ve been amazing) this is on the product. I wouldn’t recommend them Salons direct have been brilliant though at offering a replacement or refund. I took a refund and it was processed as soon as I came off the phone!
Risposta di Salons Direct
Hi HBs
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. This certainly doesn’t sound right.
We did attempt to contact you directly and left a voicemail to discuss this further, as it sounds like the item may be faulty. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of the issue prior to your review.
We’d very much like to put this right for you and would of course be happy to arrange a replacement. Please get in touch with us at your convenience so we can resolve this as quickly as possible: 0151 670 9200 or email us sales@salonsdirect.co.uk
Kind Regards,
The Salons Direct Team
