Ordered a rotating compost bin in April. After numerous attempts to contact the vendor (all of which failed), gave up and bought from a UK-based seller. Believe that this company is designed to undermine UK trade. Trust pilot, you should drop any classification for this bunch of rogues. DO NOT TRUST THIS MOB

I have been scammed by these, placed a order took my money, no item and now not replying, as like all the other reviews they have used 17Track, says its been delivered which funny enough this was updated to delivered as soon as I started chasing for my item. Horrible robbing people.

Purchased items through digital add they have taken my money and 3 weeks on i am still waiting.
Delivery time was 12/15 days nearly a month on i am still waiting.
TOTAL SCAMMERS.

Total bunch of scammers ordered a hard drive from web page it’s “apparently” been sat at sorting office for 9 days they were responding now when asked for full refund they are ignoring me do not use this company they’re a total scam

This company is fraud! We have had nothing but issues with them. Bigcommerce fired them from their platform because of the fraud. According to BigCommerce they received several and they emphasized several complaints about them so they removed them from the BigCommerce Apps. Buyer beware.

Sales and Orders has been great with setting up our shopping feeds with Google, Bing, and Facebook. Their team are experts at managing the feeds.

Herman has been our campaign manager and has been great at trying to achieve are ROI goals. He is always watching our campaigns and looking for new ways to improve the performance.

Let's start by saying that we came to S&O very timidly after just having a H O R R I B L E experience with another organization promising the moon and delivering first grade material for the price of the moon.

We're thrilled to say that Avry with S&O has been the exact opposite. We had a difficult task for S&O and they delivered. Our ROAS has never dipped below 20x and usually hovers around 25X. Yes, you read that correctly.

I am writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment with Sales and Orders, a company that has repeatedly violated the CAN-SPAM and ignored my request to unsubscribe from their promotional emails.

I have sent them 2 formal emails requesting that they stop sending me promotional emails, but Sales and Orders ignored my requests and continued to spam me with their unwanted emails. Their persistent behavior violates the CAN-SPAM, which requires companies to honor unsubscribe requests and stop sending promotional emails to those who do not consent to receive them.
Their unethical and illegal behavior not only violates my privacy and rights, but it is also incredibly frustrating and time-consuming to have to repeatedly deal with their unwanted emails. It is unacceptable that Sales and Orders would choose to ignore my unsubscribe requests and continue to spam me with their emails.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Sales and Orders to think twice before using their platform, as they are engaging in frustrating and possibly illegal practices. Their persistent spamming practices and disregard for their subscribers' wishes are unprofessional and unethical.

Sales and Orders should be held accountable for their spamming practices and unethical behavior. They should immediately cease sending me unsolicited emails and take measures to ensure that this does not happen to other subscribers.

The team at Sales & Orders are so helpful and really go beyond to ensure the overall success of your account. I had a really positive experience working with Lorraine, Lily & Seth on my account. I have just signed up to integrate more accounts, couldn't recommend more!
