Ladies, you need boots this is the place!
Safety Girl was absolutely AWESOME! Not only did you trade me out for a smaller size but you kept in contact with me the whole entire time! And I absolutely LOVE my Rockport boots! I has taken forever to get answers
I has taken forever to get answers. I finally got one pair of shoes out of two but have yet to get a resolution to the wrong size sent for the other pair. Not happy that this has taken well over a month.

I'm not happy with my experience
I'm not happy with my experience. I placed my order a month ago. The status still says "preparing to ship" over a week ago I did the customer service chat, the person said I would get an updated status email the next day. Never happened. I send a different email still haven't received a response. Then today I get an email asking me to fill out this survey when I would really like to hear from customer service.

They're pretty uncomfortable
They're pretty uncomfortable. They're not really good on the sizing either so I either have to wear them loose so they dont hurt and get blisters due to the frixtion or wear them tight and have them hurt everytime I walk.

Missing order and wrong order sent
I have contact this company several times regarding my order. I ordered two pairs of shoes. Only received one pair and it was the wrong size and still no one will get back to me on that or my second pair which I have yet to receive. This has been on of the worst experiences I have had with a company.

Best female boots
I have small feet and bad feet and this by far are the best safety boots I've ever own, I'm a welder and a CDL tanker driver and I work ridiculous amount of hours and this boots are by far the best of the best!!! They also make me a little taller 😏

Had to call because I didn’t get my order and then it shipped twice. Need to return because boots are uncomfortable and cannot get the paperwork to return. Online return system doesn’t work and apparently calling in doesn’t either. Will never purchase from this company again or recommend.
