RVA Surveyors Recensioni

very nice customer service, reliable answers to questions, quick results, thank you for your cooperation, I recommend

Great communication, professional service and would definately recommend to anyone else.

RVA managed the whole process on our behalf and were responsive throughout.

Following the initial assessment visit from the RVA representative, the only personal involvement we had in the whole process was to receive an assessment from the rates office at our works, where an RVA representative was present. RVA took all other matters in their control allowing us to concentrate on our own business matters.
The process took over 18 months to complete but most processes involving local government are expected to be lengthy in my experience.

RVA were incredibly helpful in securing a backdated rebate for us, as well as future savings following a revaluation of our business rates. Their communication was excellent, and everyone we spoke with was a pleasure to deal with. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking to reduce their business rates liability

Quick and concise with no issues arising from the process. Small refund obtained from the process.

Very professional and knowledgeable.
We received two substantial Business Rates refunds from the Council. Thank you RVA. I have already recommended your services to others.

The company successfully negotiated a rate reduction for us, and their customer service exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Honest,helpfull,constructive.

RVA surveyors got us the rates reduction that they thought we should expect to get.

Rva surveyor they doing their job professionally, very kind and helpful.

Have been receiving calls twice a week for some time, even though we said we weren't interested. Had another call today, told the gentleman we didn't want to work with yourselves at this time and would appreciate being taken off your call list, to which I got a "well obviously" and then he abruptly hung up on me. I appreciate having to cold call is frustrating, but perhaps review the standards of customer service that your agents are providing, because if we do want to work with someone regarding our business rates in the future, it won't be with RVA after that call.

RVA Surveyors were professional from start to finish. The team clearly explained the process, handled everything with professionalism, and kept me updated at every stage. They unfortunatley didn't identify an opportunity for savings on our business rates but the whole process was straightforward and stress-free.

Highly recommend them to any business looking to review their rates.

No nonsense approach. Professional people.
Although they didn't manage to reduce our rates they continue to keep an eye on the figures and investigate if anything changes.

The process was simple, efficient and done professionally.

The flow of information from RVA was excellent from start to completion and the outcome was extremely pleasing
