I placed an order for some items on 8th August for my partners birthday (which was on 27th August) The website says that items are dispatched on the same day.
items had not arrived by August 27th, so i followed this up with an email (to the email address given on the website) to find out where the order is - I never received a response.
I messaged Runthroughkit via social media and they replied to tell me that the item was dispatched on 31st August. I have checked the online tracking and as yet (6th September) the item has yet to reach the courier company.
Not too sure if i will ever receive the item i paid for and paid for delivery for.

I was sent a fairly average quality t-shirt that came free after running in a 10km event. Now I receive lots of unsolicited emails with no "unsubscribe" option or link.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS

I don't like the fact that they have taken over all these events, and now none of them have proper tshirts. Paying extra for a tiny logo is not great, and it replaces just getting a massive big pretty celebration tshirt. Poor.

I ordered a T-shirt from the runthroughkit site and added on an additional events badge for the event I was taking part in. The T-shirt came the day after the event without the additional event badge that I had paid £6 for. I have since emailed the contact email stated for runthroughkit twice in regards to how I get my money back. I have twice been ignore and left with no number to call or know where I stand with this. Terrible customer service.

Love these guys. Their kit is amazing, they are super positive helpful and every order comes with a lovely personal note which leaves you with a little warm feeling inside.

Cant wait to buy more stuff!

100% recommend their gear and also their running events too.

My favourite kit to run in. Comfortable, stylish and affordable… Super quick delivery and excellent customer service. If I could give 6*’s, I would!

I ordered the ladies running shorts and I love them
So comfortable, love the wide waist band and the fabric is so soft.
I mainly bought them because of the pocket for my phone and this was perfect.
Such good value for money 
They arrived quickly and we're well packaged.
I will be ordering more running kit when I need it

Ive now purchased 6 tops and a pair of socks on over the last 3 months , everytime the items have arrived in good time and in excellent condition . They are superb quality all fitting as described so well done 👏 and i will not hesitate to re-order or recommend to others , many thanks , Russ

Love the RTK range that I've bought to date; this includes three long sleeve tops, two pairs of their mens running shorts (no shortages of pockets which I love!) and a few pairs of ankle-high socks. All comfortable and a great variety of colours to choose from.
Great customer service too; I had to exchange one item for another size and it was all done quickly and with understanding. Keep up the good work guys :-)
