Breaking EU and UK laws on GDPR and UK Communications act. This company uses SalesSupply to send spam emails without an unsubscribe link or any option to unsubscribe. This is illegal under EU GDPR Law and the 2003 UK Communications Act.

I ordered two pairs of shoes on Friday, November 28th, and received them today (03/12/2025). Everything went smoothly. While there’s room for improvement in the post-booking communication process to keep customers better informed, overall, it worked well for me. Thanks

I wish I hadn't read these reviews, right after I placed my order... I ordered a pair of Asics shoes from this shop on Monday 10th November; and then on the same day I found out about people's dreadful experiences with this shop, and went into panic mode. Tried emailing them via their listed 2 email addresses (same automated 'we will not respond from this email' that other people have had); tried clicking on the 'Return' button on their portal (no success); and tried sending the cancellation form they give you as part of their first acknowledgement of order email (but as mentioned, you can't email them).
Then I even tried my bank for backup, but you have to allow 15 days before raising a dispute.
The order was stuck with the DPD's website as 'we're expecting your order' for a couple of days.
Then today 14th November, only 4 days from the order being placed, the miracle happened... last night I got a message from DPD that the order would be delivered today, and so it was, to my amazement...
I am absolutely delighted with my shoes, and so delighted I did actually get them for a nice lower price!...
Would I trade with this place again? Probably most definitely not. They'd need to learn to implement a customer service whereby someone will actually respond to communication and reassure you that your order is definitely being dealt with.
But if like me you have recently ordered something and then realised about these reviews, have some faith that your order may actually turn up 🙂
Or, if this is the only place you can find something that you so desperately want in your size, maybe give it a chance, why not!... Though like I said, their lack of customer service and these reviews along with it are totally offputting!...

Late order & clothing is damaged!
Ordered some asics gilets. Didn’t ever receive any order confirmation & Tracking. Had to contact them 2 times for them to send me my order confirmation & tracking nearly a week after placing the order. When it arrived one of the gilets had no tags on & a mark on the collar!

I ordered a pair of running trainers…
I ordered a pair of running trainers over a week ago now. I have been very excited to get these particular running shoes and as i ordering through Klana i thought this company would be reputable. When trying to track my order with DPD its telling me that they have not even received my parcel yet. I have tried to contact them via their email (cant be contacted) contacted them through the help widget on their site (no response). I have now seen the negative reviews on here and wishing i had checked this first before ordering from them. Im holding some hope that i 'might' receive my order, although after reading these reviews im not very optimistic.
Do Not Use
I placed an order and as I had not received tracking or confirmation by the next day, I attempted to cancel. Immediately after this, the payment was taken from Klarna. Like others, I received the email saying you cant email them! Obviously I have learned now that they are very disreputable and I am essentially powerless to cancel. They should not be allowed to partner with credit companies, as I used them thinking they must be legitimate as Klarna was accepted. Klarna can’t do anything at this point because they say the company has to confirm.
Dreadful (non-existent) customer support
I ordered a pair of Nike running shoes form this retailer and immediately after purchasing alarm bells should have gone off although it was too late by then. I tried to contact them about the order but did not receive a reply. I did receive the product several days later as I have now a fault with the product. I have tried for two weeks to contact them about it but have received no correspondence back from them. I am left with no choice but to return the item and hope they refund me. If they don't I will take the matter further. But my advice to anyone is do not purchase from this store.

Like others I think this company is awful. I ordered a pair of trainers, but then saw the reviews here.
I followed the cancellation procedure on their website emailing info[at]running-point.co.uk. But the email address they give in their cancellation policy is not monitored. This is the response I got:
"Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, we are not directly reachable by email. Apart from this email, you will not receive any further response to your inquiry."
Why have a cancellation policy with this email address if you don't monitor it?!?!
They went and shipped the product anyway, but of course they haven't. Three days ago I had an email from DPD saying that they were awaiting my package from Running Point. DPD still hasn't got it, so I have no idea if / when I will get the trainers. I paid by credit card so I will get my money back, but it is awful service.
Impossible to contact, no customer service
I ordered a pair of shoes from these people, and they promptly sent me an email saying the shoes were dispatched. I even got an email from DPD that they were awaiting a parcel. For over a week following this, DPD were still expecting the parcel! I was worried about losing my money (£147.50) and tried to get in touch with them. There is absolutely no way to get in touch. Their support email tells you that they can't be reached via email. The phone numbers provided are bogus.
I just resigned to my fate that I had lost my money. However, I did get the shoes delivered today. That is the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars. Had I known I'd be dealing with a company like this I would have stayed well clear and shopped elsewhere.
Best avoided.
Shocked by the poor communication and needlessly hard return process
I’m genuinely shocked at how poorly this has been handled.
I placed an order for running shoes and very quickly realized I’d accidentally bought the women’s model. I contacted the company immediately to cancel — a simple fix that would have saved everyone time and money. Instead, they insisted on shipping the order anyway.
Communication has been extremely poor. They made it clear they don’t respond to email, and the chat widget sent me to a dead “refund info” link when I tried to start a return. Finding the correct return instructions took unnecessary effort on my side.
The return itself has been made as difficult and bureaucratic as possible. As an EU customer I’m expected to arrange and pay for international return postage myself, with no practical help beyond generic instructions. This is hardly customer-friendly, especially when the issue could have been avoided by honoring a prompt cancellation request.
What should change:
Allow cancellations before dispatch when customers notify you immediately.
Respond to emails (or remove the address if you won’t).
Fix broken help links and make the return path obvious.
Provide a prepaid return label for straightforward returns.
I shop online a lot and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below standard. A simple mistake turned into a time-consuming return because of rigid processes and poor communication.

Returned shoes as they didn’t fit. No refund 1 month later. Terrible communication, 1 message acknowledged via instagram but since that all have been ignored, contact tab on the website is a waste of time and emails sent to the contact email address get ignored. Companies like this are a joke! Do not order from these lot if you might need to make a return, you won’t get your money back!
Zero customer service and no returns

Excellent experience with Running Point my only gripe is confusion over location of products and tracking delivery
Shoe was bought off uk site but came from Germany - DPD deliver but was unable to track until it practically arrived which caused frustration especially with other reviews.
Sent one shoe back to UK location, again no confirmation of receipt or status but refund has been issued.

No issues at all! Tracking info provided and delivered within the window suggested when ordering. Was a little hesitant with the bad reviews but it was the only place with stock of the trainer that I wanted so I took a chance and I’m glad i did 👌🏼
Not a good experience.
I ordered 2 pairs of the same trainers I was more than happy to keep 1 of the pairs but when I tried to use the returns portal it never worked I tried to contact them via email numerous times even messaged the directors on Facebook still no response.
They lack of customer service is shocking the only replies you get is an automated response.
They even had the cheek to send me an email asking how I rated the experience and I informed them of the issues I was having and yes still nothing.
Don’t give refunds willingly!!!
Bought a few pairs of trainers and returned one of the pairs using the label they provided which sent them back overseas to Europe (from the UK). After no refund in my account months after, they said I had sent it to the wrong place (I assume it was sent to one of their offices rather than the returns warehouse but never clearly explained). I then informed them I sent it using THEIR label! So if the address was wrong it was their fault. They said they would investigate. Got tired of waiting and raised a dispute with PayPal. I received my money back by default as they didn’t even fight it. What a waste of time for something that should have been simple. And just to note each time they wrote back it took at AT LEAST 2 weeks to hear from them!! Ridiculous!!!
