Most beautiful rug ever. The quality is exceptional and feels so good under my feet. I call it walking therapy. And I didn't even order the thickest product available. Be sure and order color swatch samples before ordering. Was not disappointed in any way. So wonderful to have a great resource for custom size and color rugs. Beautiful patterns to choose from to make your one-of-a-kind carpet to your very own size and color specifications. Will definitely be ordering again!

This was my second purchase from Rug Couture. And, once again, they exceeded my expectations. I made my first purchase nearly ten years ago because I could not find a rug with the right color, dimensions and design. The same thing occurred in our new condo. Their website features nearly unlimited designs in nearly unlimited dimensions, and the purchaser is able to literally “create” the rug on the computer. Actual color samples are sent quickly and free of charge when requested, and communications are superb. All shipments have been expertly packaged and delivery was securely made via DHL. It is likely I will make a third purchase in the near future.

I now have 2 large beautiful rugs from this company! The rugs turned out stunning with vibrant colors and immediately draw comments from anyone that walks in. The customer service was outstanding, with help for color choices and any changes we wanted made!

The fenton hand tufted hallway runner rug that I received was as advertised. It is beautiful and well made. The rug was shipped from India to Washington State USA and arrived in perfect condition - the packaging was the best I've ever encountered.

The rug we ordered was beautiful. The pictures on the site do not so the rugs justice. Also the quality is very high and the wool is thick and plush. Very pleased we will be ordering another one from them soon

We bought a number of rugs a few years ago. in the beginning they looked ok but in the last year the rugs have been shedding pile. we discovered that the pile had been glued on and after a while the glue dries out and the rugs begin to disintegrate.

We did contact the manufacturer but they said that the rugs were out of warranty. But honestly no-one expects rugs to fall apart after a few years.

Also when compared to other rugs ( Heals, Habitat etc.)that we own the pile of the rugs we bought from rug couture have become very thin after vacuuming.

A well made & quality rug will not shed such as Rug Couture have simple as that!

We have now had two rugs from Rug Couture. We were sent carpet samples to choose colour very quickly and have experienced an excellent service throughout. We could not be more delighted with the colours and quality of our rugs.

This company is fantastic-you can chose any pattern, size and colour and they will send you free swatches.Fabulous quality but at good prices - a little gem!

The rug quality is very good and that's the only reason why l gave it 2 stars,be extremely careful when picking colours. I would definitely advise that you send for the Pom Pom samples when you have decided. l did not realise that you could do that to my detriment, my runner when it arrived was NOT the colours l expected, they were much much lighter and the one colour was no where near what I picked. Because it's tailored to your requirements you can not send it back. One last thing, do not expect the delivery to be in the 4 to 6 week time slot, mine took just over 9 weeks to arrive.
