The communication and responses to queries were extremely prompt and accurate.The quality of our rug is excellent and is exactly as shown on the sales catalogue on line. Delivery from India despite the situation with Covid was seamless although there was a small delay in the making of the rug.

My experience with Rug Couture was very positive. My indecisiveness during the selection process was met with patience and understanding by Lee who remained professional and extremely helpful. Although there was a delay in delivery - largely due to covid - I received my runner in excellent condition and I absolutely love the finished product. Mine was a big purchase so I was nervous about the end product. I now know these fear were unfounded as I couldn't be happier with the quality and service offered. Thank you! What a fab idea and the rug was exactly as we expected. A sure 5 star service except that our rug had a small fault on the edging. We were dealt with extremely quickly even so and the rug was collected the next day for sorting.

Excellent service! Rug just as expected but for me the most helpful thing was the number of samples I was sent when requested. I chopped and changed my mind about what I wanted and was sent so many shades in the tone I was considering. ( I was trying to match some sofas) I wasn’t able to visit the showroom due to Covid but didn’t need to as all the samples were sent to me. The quality of the rug is excellent but the customer service is what was really so impressive. Thank you ! Will be using you again for the next one

The whole experience of dealing with Rug Couture has been a pleasure. It is so good to be able to play around with the designs and colours and get exactly what you want. The sample colours arrived within two days and after I submitted my order the graphs for me to approve were sent very quickly .We were very impressed with the efficiency and the fact that all given dates were adhered to even in these uncertain times. When the rugs arrived the colours were perfect and they were so well-made, with great attention to detail. We are delighted with them! I will certainly be contacting Rug Couture again when we need another rug and would highly recommend them

We needed a new rug for our hall but couldn’t find one the size we ideally wanted. Then I discovered Rugs Couture online. It took many days to decide on the final pattern and colour scheme. It was worth the wait. We are so pleased with the finished product and would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.
