They were uncommunicative after…but now are working on it.
They were uncommunicative after receiving payment and I still have not received the rug- I think its been 12 weeks or more. They told me to expect delivery info 3 weeks ago. No word from them since. They were much better about sending samples to get my several thousand dollars.
HOWEVER, they have now called me and told me they have had trouble with their shipper and are trying to get it reshipped. I will give them more time. They HAVE communicated with me and I have told me on a delivery date. I will update again when they get it together.

Dear Erica, we offer you our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused due to the delay of receiving your rug. Standard delivery is generally 6 weeks, but for very large rugs and rugs with complex designs it does take longer. In this instance we inadvertently provided an incorrect delivery timescale. A further issue with shipping meant an additional delay, which isn’t normally the case. We’re sure you will love you rug when it arrives and we truly hope it makes a welcome addition to your home. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies for any inconvenience we have caused you.
The rug is lovely and good quality
The rug is lovely and good quality. The only issue is that the colour is not quite what I wanted, however, I accept that this is my fault as web pages do not necessarily reflect the subtleties of different shades. I should have asked for some colour samples and will do this in future as I will probably order again - I have managed to find another spot for the rug I ordered so will give it another go to get one for the original room.

Regarding the colour, as you correctly stated different computer screens can represent particular colours slightly differently and, therefore, the products’ colours may differ slightly from that shown on your computer screen, which is why we always recommend that all customers take advantage of our complimentary samples service before purchasing a rug. This way our customers can be sure they get the colours exactly right.
We love our new hallway rug
We love our new hallway rug. It looks exactly as the sample image promised. The samples were spot on to the color of the final product too. Would definitely shop from Rug Couture again.

Custom Color Rugs
The two rugs I ordered turned out beautiful what is really nice about this company is there so many patterns to choose from but what’s even more wonderful is you can incorporate the colors that you need for your home. I went with some really nice teals, blues and reds for the Southwest colors here in New Mexico and the rugs came out beautiful.
