I had never placed an order with rubbersole before and didn't know what to expect but they were the only place that stocked the shoes I wanted, in the size I needed and at a great price.
I was kindly issued a further discount code and when I had a problem using the code to get the discount, the customer service team got back to me and solved my issue and my shoes were ordered at a discounted price, much cheaper than I had found elsewhere and the shoes were delivered on time with no issues. The communication was great, getting updates throughout the delivery process. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you for a great service

Completely wrong product sent very disappointing service .

I was nervous about placing an order after reading reviews but as the most recent ones were positive I thought I’d take a chance. They get 5 stars from me! Great communication on order and boots arrived early than estimated delivery date. I will definitely use this site again.

I was initially hesitant to make a purchase from Rubbersole due to some negative reviews, but I am thrilled that I took the plunge. I ordered a pair of Hugo loafers and was absolutely delighted with my purchase. The item arrived promptly and was packaged beautifully. Despite the concerns I had read about delivery times, my order arrived the very next day! I am extremely satisfied with the product, the pricing, and the level of service provided by Rubbersole. I highly recommend shopping here with confidence, as my experience has been nothing short of 5-star quality. Don't let the negative reviews deter you - this is a fantastic place to shop for top-notch products and excellent service!

No problems whatsoever with my order. Easy ordering on the Rubbersole website and kept up to date with the process throughout. Delivery was made in timescale predicted. One little niggle: the delivery charges should be displayed on the opening page. The statement "free delivery" has an asterisk next to it and I had to search to find out why I had been charged over £4 for delivery. It was because my order was coming from the French Warehouse. That information should be made clear next the statement "free delivery" so customers know from the outset the reason they may be charged delivery before they go through the ordering process.

After reading many negative reviews, I was also rather hesitant of purchasing from this website. However, the trainers I wanted were not in stock anywhere else so I decided to plunge in after signing up to the mailing list and receiving an additional discount code.

Absolutely no issues, I received a confirmation email with tracking information and the item was delivered in advance of their estimate timeframe. No additional postage charges were added at checkout and there were no customs charges incurred. The order confirmation comes from a UK Ltd company.

As mentioned, the trainers I wanted weren't in stock anywhere else and I suspect that they were selling deadstock. This is my first Trustpilot review, I felt like I had to give some positive feedback to reassure anyone else who might be wondering whether to place an order or not. I didn't need to contact them for any support, but I was reassured that they had responded to so much negative feedback here.

I read the reviews of Rubbersole but remembered that often people only leave reviews when they have had a bad experience, so I ordered anyway. The ordering was easy, the price great, the communication brilliant and very fast, with updates on shipping at every point. Sadly the wrong size arrived, which is why this is a 4 star and not 5 star review, but mistakes happen, and Rubbersole offered to send the right size or refund without question. Returning the boots was easy and they dealt with it really efficiently. Within days I had my refund back to my paypal account. I would definitely recommend Rubbersole.

Read a load of bad reviews on this company so wasn’t sure whether to use them. I decided to give it a go because I wanted the shoes and couldn’t get them anywhere else, I also noticed if there had been problems they had answered and sorted most of them out. The shoes arrived as stated and I was well pleased with the service, tracking etc. I don’t normally do reviews but thought it only fair to give rubbersole 5 stars and would definitely use them again.

I attempted to order some boots, but there seemed to be a problem with processing my payment. Having read the negative reviews here I was very alarmed although I'm pleased to say my experience turned out to be very different.

I have to say I was disappointed there was no contact email address and that the on-line support system seems difficult to navigate. However, I did call the next morning and got through really very quickly to someone who was extremely helpful and was able to cancel my orders and issue a refund without any fuss.

I feel bad that the negative reviews had spooked me so badly that I just cancelled my orders. My experience with their customer service was very positive and based on that I would be very happy to order from Rubbersole in the future.

Really NOT happy! Had an error message that my bank didn’t work but the money came out of my account. I now can’t contact anyone to cancel my order and request a refund! I have sent numerous emails to the Adriana email and customer service with no reply at all. Not happy and I have every right for my money to be returned

It took me five days to buy the shoes that I selected! For some reason their systems would not accept/process my payment and through me out. The help line was sympathetic but could not put my purchase through.
Most importantly free delivery only applies to some purchases but not all which their ‘pitch’ implies. Be warned.

Well I read all the reviews about all the problems with import duty etc. so I decided to ring them, I asked several times about paying duty and each time I was told they’d be no duty to pay So like a fool I ordered my boots. The email came with the out for delivery 😊. Then it changed to payment required 😳 £44. To pay. So I rang again The usual apologies I asked to speak to the manager, but apparently they don’t speak to anyone.
WHAT A JOKE !!!!
They have agreed to recall the parcel and refund my money. What a waste of time for everyone. Also don’t get anything from SPARTOO either the same shambolic company under another name.
No stars should be an option.

what a shambles of a company!! After sending me the 1st wrong order, I had to send back and requested exchnage for size up( i got 2 pair hunter wellies, wanted size 5 & 6) sent one size out ok and after waiting another week, the other pair arrived and were still size 4 so nothing had chnaged and sent me the wrong order a second time!! I explained the issue again today and the guy literally was like " cant be sure this wont happen again so we will refund you, sorry we could give you your product"

Never heard the like of it. So now ive to return the wrong order for the 2nd time and never got the product i wanted or a refund,

PLease advoid this headache of a company

Terrible customer service. Need to make an exchange and I’m almost begging them to return my email for a returns slip.

Do not Order from these! My daughter bought shoes. Fail to go through now been charged 3 times for these!! We have no email of confirmation…

Rubbish customer service.
They took my money for my order and never processed it. When I hadn't heard I called them to be told "oh yeah, we have taken your money but something went wrong with our email - we were going to contact you". I asked when were they going to contact me and the lady said "ooh I don't know, but I'm sure someone would have".
I then got an email saying the order had been placed and would be with me express delivery at no extra charge the next day. I then got an email the next day saying they couldn't process my order until I had verified my identity!!! I had to provide proof of address and a utility bill and a picture of my debit card!! Since when...? I paid with a card registered to my address which was also the delivery address, so why so many loops to jump through. I tried calling and emailing and got ignored to then be told the call centre is in France and it was All Saints holiday - fair enough, but why not let people know?
The next day I got an email saying my order would be with me the following week? I questioned why as I had been promised express delivery (next day) because of their mess-up. Guess what... ignored again...! I had raised a query and they give you a code for that query to enter on their site to check on progress. The code didn't work. And when I was first asked to 'validate my identity' there was a link - which also didn't work. I did find I had to come out of that, go back to the home menu and click on my documents. Only to be ignored anyway.
Still no apology or acknowledgement of their mess up.
Terrible service, the boots were for my wifes birthday and should have come before the date, but ended up coming late. Again, no apology. I'll definitely go elsewhere, not that they'll be bothered as they clearly don't care about customer experience.

Placed an order yesterday which failed to go through, checked bank account and £115 is pending from my account even though there is no actual order or confirmation email. The phone line is shut, there is no online contact form and the email address I tried to use said it is invalid address and bounced back. Not happy!

Update to response below 03/11/23: How am I meant to contact you when the phone line is permanently closed. The email address provided below is not recognised and bounces back as undeliverable

Ordered Doc Martin boots and paid extra on postage to be delivered Friday now Wednesday night week after and not received boots , asked for refund told wait 2 days waited 2 days asked for refund told to be patient still no refund , now contacted PayPal as paid through them and they can sort it. Will go elsewhere . Didn’t help them using Evri (formerly Hermes), as they seem to have lost them , keep saying missed courier connection 5 x so far but probably lost or someone took a liking to them . Sorry but at £125 you expect a certain amount of service, when a refund is asked as no delivery made it should be refunded. Will look elsewhere for boots

Ordered item on 19th September. Still waiting on it to arrive. Cannot contact company ,phone is switched off and no one responds to emails.
Next stop my card issuer to recover the money.
Please avoid this company , they appear to be a scam
