I telephoned the customer service line before buying (seemed the only way to contact them). Answered very quickly, politely, and answered my questions. They probably do need another method though for people that can't communicate on the phone.

Firstly I asked about the amount of information they ask for when you order. For example, date of birth is a mandatory question! I obviously didn't want to share such personal information just to buy a pair of shoes. There were some other intrusive questions on the form.

Secondly I checked import duties on some of their shoes which are made abroad and was impressed the customer service person knew the answer and even explained which country warehouse the shoes would come from the delivery timeframe did to a public holiday in France!

Shoes arrived - I love them!

I just want to say what great customer service i received. I ordered a pair of really well priced Birkenstocks and in the middle of moving homes stupidly put my old post code and new address, of course the Evri guy didn’t have a clue and sent it back. Before they even received the item the lovely lady at Rubbersole sent a new pair out. Got through on the first call writhing minutes and the lady was so helpful, thank you

Absolutely dire!☹️ wish I could give zero stars. Ordered 2 pairs of Havaianas cost £73 and didn't even get an email from the company, just took my money and that was that...nothing! 3 weeks on no flip-flops, no correspondence, no one answering customer service on the 5 times I tried. Thank God I paid by PayPal as they refunded me my full money back. Never again!!! Horrendous company!!!

Fantastic service, so impressed by speed of delivery and then, when I needed to return a pair (I’d ordered 2 sizes), the return process was fastest I’ve experienced. So impressed & the sandals were beautiful, exactly as the picture. Would definitely purchase from them again!

Rubbersole dispached my order quickly and it arrived sooner than I thought it would. They kept me informed all through the process. unfortunately the item I had ordered didn't fit so I requested a return. This process was one of the easiest I have experiences and a refund was made very quicly. I will be using Rubbersole in the future because their customer service is brilliant.

Ordered a pair of Buffalo trainers which are very difficult to get anywhere especially in my size. I read the reviews on here but having bought from Rubbersole before and had no problems decided to order again.
The shoes turned up two days late but they were worth the wait. Brand new, in a box and fit perfectly. I would buy from Rubbersole again.

I recall looking at the reviews before ordering and I was hit and miss whether to order... But the shoes I wanted couldn't be found anywhere else so I decided to order anyway. I've personally had a great experience with zero issues. Shoes arrived quickly and in perfect quality!

Ordered online a pair of Buffalo Aspha boots, very difficult to get anywhere else now. I read the reviews on here and was slightly put off, but decided to order in the end.
The shoes arrived on the day predicted, boxed up perfectly, and the shoes arrived great! Right size, brand new, all perfect.

I sent an email and photos showing shop spoiling on my trainers and have yet to receive a response.

Not having previously heard of Rubbersole and after reading some fairly negative reviews, I was a little reluctant to place an order; I decided to chance it and I am pleased I did. Their customer service is impressive. It is refreshing to be able to easily contact an online trader by phone, to have them answer and to be able to hear and understand them clearly.

Terrible experience despite paying for delivery it has not even been sent nearly a week later

Excellent experience buying from Rubbersole. Haivainas sliders for nearly half the price on the official website. Delivery cheap and very quick. Not got a bad word to say about them.

Ordered some havaianas. Free delivery. Arrived in two days. What more could I ask. Excellent!

To be fair after reading the reviews I was aware that my order might be coming from their warehouse in France and might take a few days extra so wasn’t overly bothered but in just less than a week the Ralph Lauren loafers that I ordered for my wife turned up, looking perfect, perfect size, box looked like it had been on a journey but hey it’s just a box! They did arrive under their sister company Spartoo but all in all if you are aware of the delivery times then it’s not a bad service. Once parcel was with Evri it arrived the next day. The price was definitely cheaper than buying elsewhere. Anyway I hope this helps!

Terrible do not ho somewere else order placed on the 16th still no parcel have tracking number not even sure its real says the parcel has been with evri for a week if the parcel has even been sent save the stess use a diiffrent site and after more emails stil no parcel and can nit tell me when it will be deliverd and have the cheek to offer 15 pound off my next order if i spend another 60 and not recived the first parcel absolute joke

the delivery was super fast and the shoes were perfect! Perfect fit and super comfortable and I got them for a great deal in comparison to other sites - smooth buying experience
