I ordered a rubber roof for our new shed. It turned up on time, well-packed and with clear instructions. The only thing I needed was an applicator gun for the sealant. It felt thick, good quality and has protected the shed for the last month. I would use them again.

1 star is more than this company deserves . Terrible customer service .!
I revived my “ ONE PIEACE “ section of rubber packaged and labelled with the correct sizing printed . Once I had stripped a customers roof I was ready to install the new rubber only to find the membrane was 325mm shorter than what I had paid for this also looked like it had been cut with a lawnmower . I stuck down the rubber supllied and had to stick some plastic polythene over the area still exposed and pray their house wasn’t going to be trashed .
Rubber 4 roofs offered me a 325mm strip of rubber as a consolation not considering that my customer would only accept the one piece that was promised . With return visits and a full new kit this £500 order will now cost me £1250 . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company has really got it together, with training videos, instructions and the roofing process & system. Very generous with the membrane, adhesives & fixings - - - impressed and thank you for your speedy delivery. Chuffed.

I realised after a few months when I went to fit my roof that they'd sent the wrong size. Very frustrating, but the way they dealt with it was excellent. I contacted them and a replacement was with me a few days later.

The product looks great, and is a much better solution than roofing felt.

Awful customer service policy. Ordered the wrong sized item (my fault, hands up) Noticed when it arrived before I even opened it from reading the information on the side. Ring to ask to return - accept I have to pay for the cost of the return (although bit bonkers as I wanted to order the correct item too so surely they could have uplifted the incorrect item at the same time?) but seriously wasn't expecting a 35% (yes, you read that right) cost to send it back. Basically will cost me £30 to return AND then they will only refund 65% of what I paid for the item. I wanted to swop for the right one!

It's still brand new and UNOPENED in their original packaging. Please tell me how it costs them anything to restock it? Can easily be put back to stock and resold. It certainly doesn't cost them £70 to put it back on a shelf.

Never heard of such poor customer service tbh and it puts me off using them in the future. Mistakes do happen. I was told to use it on another project but I'm not a builder and was doing a roof for myself.

I used Rubber4Roofs to order a SkyGuard Shed roof kit, with Sure Edge trims, great on-line calculator, easy to add and remove items. Very fast delivery.
This would have been 5 stars but there was not enough anthracite stainless steel nails for the trim, six short so I had to go and but some more, shame as the trim is pre-drilled, so you would expect at least the same about of nails.

I ordered a roof kit on the 24th July 2023, as promised the kit arrived two days later on the 26th. There was a slight issue with one of the items. I contacted the customer services dept. Two days later on the 28th a replacement arrived.

Excellent service from beginning to end.

If rubber4roofs.co.uk could now arrange for the rain to stop I may be able to fit the roof!

I received items damaged during delivery. I contacted customer services and they promptly replaced the items within a couple of days. Great customer service.

I have used before 1st time was excellent so i will carry on using. Easy website to browse and order. Ask a question through website before ordering and received a fast reply. Needed small piece of rubber for a bay roof, tin of bonding adhesive , repair kit(you never know) and two length of gutter drip. All arrived really well packed . Rubber nicely rolled, bits and pieces in a box and trim delivered in a box nice and straight. Placed order on 18th. delivered on the 20th. Received text on 19th from Fedex delivery on its way . Text from Fedex on 20th Delivery today. Delivered by a friendly helpful driver. Very Very happy customer definitely recommend and i will be using again. Thank you Rubber4Roofs.

I had a problem with an item and they handled the problem and sorted it out seamlessly.

I have used rubber4roofs many times and I've never had any issues until my last order and in business your only as good as your last job. I ordered my rubber roof system in Monday through the website it said order within the next 16 hours to guarantee next day delivery. Nothing arrived until half 6 Thursday night but my order was split into 3 deliveries so they've sent 2 parts of my order I'm still waiting for my rubber. I told my own customer the rubber would arrive Wednesday at the latest but I was expecting it on Tuseday. When I called up the customer service was dreadful the lady I chatted to told me it was my mistake and nothings been dispatched yet so I said I'll cancel my order then, she wouldn't let me cancel and said if I did then I would have to pay a cancellation charge then the call ended. I called back and spoke to someone else who lied to me only to bye more time. She promised it would arrive Thursday when it didn't. This is the worse service I've had from a company that I deal with on a regular bases and I've already found an alternative company who I will be using from now one.

Awful service. Ordered full roofing system with Vapour barrier on express delivery. Multiple parts of the order missing on delivery including vapour barrier - so work couldn't start. They sold it but were out of stock. Was then promised it next day - failed to arrive. Promised call backs - failed to happen. Chased again and they can't find my vapour barrier and can't offer a solution. Work on site now needs to be cancelled and I have to weather proof all the timber. Full system returned - I'll have to shop elsewhere. Avoid.

Absolute shambles.
1st order I made with the company the rubber went missing in transit. 100kg roll of rubber just dissapears does it? Its not a watch!?
2nd order, stripped roof, laid new boards, lifted the rubber on the roof to find out they cut it 800mm short.
3rd order, rubber arrived without glues.
3 orders and an issue with ever single one. This has put me back weeks and cost me alot of money in wages and all they offer is a poxy 5% back of the order value.
Unless you order weeks in advance and you have 50sq metres of perfect floor to lay your rubber out first to check, I wouldn't bother with them.
Avoid.

Avoid this company, ordered roof express delivery which should of arrived on the Thursday, phoned on the Friday and was guaranteed to be delivered on the Saturday stayed in but no show, phoned on Monday again promised it would be with me before 6 pm didn’t turn up, then got a message from tuffnells to say item missing, how can you loose a 6x5 rubber roof with 3 metre long edging anyway I’m writing this still waiting for roof, it’s for my business so is costing me a fortune and my customer now thinks I’m lying absolute shambles shouldn’t be allowed to trade

Did my roof and my mum's roof with the materials from these guys absolutely top notch customer service a Top grade products. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. A1
