Very poor assistance in filing rti,it's been almost 4 months or more. It's better that we file rti ourselves.in the name of anonymity, rti wala does nothing and eventually no information is also received. And then for further appeal rti wala will charge another 10x amount but it's pointless. I regret using rti wala services. I actually started with the rti process with rtiwala I April, by may they filed the rti and then in October I am getting a reply from concerned authority which is vague. Now to file an appeal rtiwala will again just take money and will not do much. It's a useless process and compete waste of money.

We regret that your experience with RTIwala has not met your expectations.
We acknowledge your concerns regarding the delay, the vague response received from the concerned authority, and the additional charges for filing a First Appeal. Let we counter-argue and validate them one by one.
On May 20th you've upgraded the plan and on May 26th we've filed your RTI app which was totally under our standard timeline/SLA. Even we've shared the draft in just 2 days after receiving case details which is again under the standard timeline.
Secondly, you're disappointed by reply of the PIO as we've followed up on 2 different dates on 5th and 8th of Oct which resulted in the response of the RTI app. While RTIwala handles the drafting and filing process, the response and disclosure of information depend on the concerned public authority. However, we recognise that timely communication and proper guidance are equally important.
And, trust us no lawyer or company or law firm assist you in the manner we've done at the 1/10th of the Market Cost. Since, our time, money and efforts are involved in every single act we do or solution we provide, therefore we're charging for the First Appeal Drafting and Filing services and we're really very much interested as in India who's doing the same at 1/10 of the price.
We take your feedback seriously and would like our support team to review your case, including the filing timeline and the response received, to identify what further assistance can be provided.

A First Appeal is a separate legal stage that requires fresh review, drafting, filing, and follow-up, so it is charged separately from the original RTI service. We always aim to keep the process and pricing transparent, and your suggestion will help us improve how these charges are communicated to information seekers.
PS. Our charges are 1/3rd of what any Local Lawyer or Law Firm will charge you and they won't be able provide such a prompt Support, ever!
