I would give this company a zero if the site allowed. I can personally say that this company is not legit and has deceptive practices. First, note that this company is located in China, had I known that it was not based in the US I would not have made my order. This fact is not advertised on their website.
Second, I cancelled my order from RPGSHOW two months ago due to poor customer service/response time.

I have email receipts from them in writing stating that they will refund me back my money. I paid them through afterpay, which paid them in full so when the order was cancelled they never refunded the money back to afterpay who would then refund me back my partial
payment. Because I went through a third party Afterpay they tried to get me to pay back the money that RPGSHOW stole from them. Luckily I contacted my bank, BBB, and now the Attorney Generals office on afterpay and RPGSHOW because the issue is ongoing. I really regret ever using RPGSHOW. Normally an honorable company would give the money back to rhe third party/afterpay but this company decided to steal the money.
*Consumer Beware Stay away from this fraudulent company.*

this is my second order from RPGShow wigs. i ordered an item last month and i have not been able to access my account. my password is not working , i tried to change my password but never received any recovery email (even checked my spam folder) i have sent an email and also tried to reach their customer number but there is no response. i hope they are able to rectify this issue asap because spending over $500 is no joke.

I would like to first say, that their customer service assistance, was helpfulness and diligent with this purchase and concerns. I really do appreciate all the effort, attention and time that went into my purchase. Secondly, I can say that I'm greatly satisfied. My wig was sent with care, timely shipping. Again I wanted to thank them for the high level of customer service.

I ordered the hairbysam022 dark roots with buttercream ombre/balayage ends, 20 inch 200% density and it is absolutely stunning right out of the box. The color looks so professional, the hairline is plucked to perfection and the knots bleached and invisible. RPGShow has always been the top of the line for me-I have at least 10 wigs over the past 8 years-but with this wig they have even outdone themselves! I am approached at least once a day with compliments about my wigs. If you need a wig, make the investment in an RPGSHOW wig, you will not be disappointed.

I have been buying my wigs from here for the past 10 years approx. They are always top quality, natural looking and last quite a long time. If I have changed my mind about a colour I have ordered, rpg have always exchanged my wigs with no problems providing the lace remains uncut.

Company is a fraud. First hair I got was in clearance. Density was not 200% as said in the description, hair colour was nice however after first wash it was like the hair had cancer tons of hair fell out. I contacted seller they send me back $40 out of $400 spent. I have to buy weave to fill in my first wig.

I decided to try them again and ordered another wig that came the same as the first one but I spent almost a grand thinking if I spend that much money the quality must be good but I was wrong. Luckily I did not do anything to the wig I decided to send it right back and thankfully I got a full refund. Only thing positive about this company is the customer service. I ordered from another vender that is way cheaper and the colour, density, length and texture is amazing. I am very disappointed in this company and the quality of the hair. I seen it being promoted on TRHOP. I was trying to support it but I will not support hair that feels like already warn synthetic doll hair.

I’m guessing either they are sending you tubers high quality hair and average person bad quality hair or the you tubers are straight up lying about the quality of the hair they get. Either way fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. I will never try ordering from this company again and they do not even deserve one star.

I will continue to order from the venders that sell affordable hair that’s awesome quality.. You lost someone that would have been a loyal customer.

I have been buying from RPG from the last 2 years and have no disappointments. I love the glue less less. It us amazing for us who have no clue on styling hair.

J'en suis a ma seconde commande. Je suis une grande acheteuse et je connais tous les vendeurs. RPGshow est le meilleur fabricant que je connaisse. Je regrette de ne m'a avoir connu cette marque auparavant, cela m'aurait permis d'économiser beaucoup d'argent. La perruque ne s'emmêle pas. Il n'y a pas d'odeur. Le cheveux reste impeccable après plusieurs mois.
Le contact avec RPGshow est top. Se sont d'excellents vendeurs qui écoutent leur client.
Maintenant toutes mes perruques viendront de RPGshow.

Many years ago, Rpgshow was *the* place to get a high-quality unit that no one would ever know was not your real, gorgeous hair. Things have changed.
With so many celebs changing their hair color, texture and styles, we've all learned that we, too, could have celebrity versatility the Hollywood way - by buying and wearing wigs.
Rpgshow has surely taken full advantage and now puts out a product that is very meh and surely not worth the price. Worst of all is if you are shopping for a deal, hoping to try out what *used* to be a high-quality product and you happen to go to their clearance section. Here you'll find a trash-pile heap of just that, trash.
Rpgshow is smart, with a twist of scamster. They've gotta pay their "influencers" somehow. How better to do this by selling their clearance items and allowing no refund, no matter what.
I bought one of their clearance wigs. The quality of the hair feels as if it died a slow and painful death, one bad perm at a time. I wanted wavy; I got hair that I would scrape my cast iron skillets unkindly.
So for their Swiss lace, which is identical to their so-called high-def lace, the holes in it are visible and large and looks more akin to a brown-colored screen door than the sheer look that folks say "melts." The only thing close to right on the lace is the color. But it looks very wiggy, very visible and would fool no one. The holes in it are actually about the exact size of those on my screen door.
So nearly $400 later, I have a great start to this year's Halloween costume, but nothing I could or would ever wear to work, on a date or anywhere apart from for Halloween.
Ah! And the worst is that rather than a refund for the wig that is in exactly the same condition they sent it, they offered a $60 credit to, yes, buy another of their low-quality, only-fit-for-Halloween units.
Of course, we all know not to throw good money after bad, so I've simply been snookered out of $370.

The wig was of great quality, this wasn't my first wig from RPGSHOW, the wig met my expectation and I will be purchasing more wigs again in the near future. Thank you Tina

Beautiful product! Processing took a very long time for my order (and shipping took even longer), but I understand the delays due to COVID-19 in the area the item came from. Great quality, exactly as described and pictured. I will purchase again!

I love my recent purchase from RPG. I am really slow to make decisions on ordering wigs online due to some bad experiences. I saw my girl Asya on TikTok and I fell in love with her wig and she raved about it, so I placed my order. The color and texture was perfect and the lace was undetectable. I hate spending this kind of money on hair but this wig was worth every penny😍 Thank you RPG for not letting me down 😁

Their wigs are top shelf! You get your money’s worth! The hair feels amazing; no tangles, no frizz, no excess shedding! It looks so natural.

This is the best company to purchase a QUALITY unit from...hands down! The construction of the wig is perfection, the lace is near invisible, the fit is spot on, the added elastic makes the unit glueless yet secure, and the hair specs is unmatched. I'm in love!
