This is in regards to Royal Vegas.ca Alberta. My deposit never showed up, was taken from my account and Loonio confirmed it was accepted by casino.

If I was able to add Zero start would do it. I executed a withdrawal and after 3 days they told me that the paysafecard account rejected the transaction. 2 week later the money have dissapeared!!

Out of all the casino sites I’ve been on this casino was actually by far the best !!!! Is almost every single way up until this week when I got a confirmation email saying I was paid out my 705 dollars , I even got a text with the code I need when I go on to my online banking but I NEVER received the email with the link to my bank account . If my 2 stars change to 5 then u know I did ended get a email with the link to my bank in order to deposit the founds! ! Don’t be stupid, this site is a scam. They don’t pay out. They give you the run around on their live chat. It clearly states the will hold your withdrawal for 24 hours so that if you want to reverse it you can. Only problem is they won’t process or approve your withdrawal.

I had requested a withdrawal of $50, never received the money went into my account the requested withdrawal has disappeared out of my account without a payout of the money. I will not be playing this casino again. Question is where did my requested money go???
