Royal Legal Group is a fraudulent gang of crooks that lie and then lie about their lies. Phone calls are not returned and when I do call, no one has any background information about my account. Royal Legal Group claimed they had a settlement agreement with a creditor and mysteriously the last payment was reversed by the creditor. Royal Legal did nothing about it for A YEAR! Until I was served with a summons to appear in court. Then Royal Legal refused to honor the contract and represent me in the case, this has happened twice and is on going. The court when they found out who did this to me told me that Royal Legal has NEVER made an appearance in their court. And that I’m basically screwed.

Took three time calling to get through, 45 min on hold only to get dropped twice. Helper was nice but still waiting on welcome package almost a moth later.

We had a pleasant conversations and my questions were answered very well.

I worked with Chelsey today and she talked me through everything! She answered every one of my million questions and never once made me feel dumb! We are still in the early stages of this process, but so far- everything is going extremely well!

I've been very satisfied with the response I've received when I call with a concern, your staff have always been courteous and pleasant to speak too.

I think they could provide a good service, but unfortunately the people you talk to (never the same person) are incompetent and will tell you something different every time you speak to them. Because these clowns never did what they said they would do and it went on for so long, that a debt ended up in litigation and now they won’t take it on and I am left to deal with it. I feel
complete outrage and desperation when I thought I was on a path to redemption the past two years. They have failed to deliver.

Using Royal Legal Group is the worst financial decision you can make.
They will negotiate a settlement amount with your creditors, however the ‘savings’ are then paid to Royal Legal Group as part of their fee.

For example, I had a $8,300 debt to a creditor. Royal Legal Group negotiated this down to a immediate cash settlement of $5,000. The fee they charged me for this settlement was $3,300.

This was after I received a notice to appear in court and had to file legal papers at the courthouse.

After this fiasco, I withdrew all other accounts (for which I also received notices to appear) and contacted the creditors directly. My creditors were willing to work with me and I was able to set up a settlement agreement and Payment plan.

In addition, there is no helpful customer service. Every time I called with a specific question, I was given different or incorrect answers; for example, the customer service rep I spoke to when I asked ‘What do I do with this Notice to Appear?’ told me to ignore it. Yes... ignore it. (FYI - Don’t ignore it.)

These are just 2 examples of many from my experience with Royal Legal Group.

This company is not your friend, they are not going to help you. Their practices are unethical & predatory, and they should be investigated by the FDIC.

Customer Service representative was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

I called to check on the status of my case and spoke to Shartae I think that it the spelling of her name, she was very pleasant and spoke very clearly. It was so nice to speak to someone that I could understand and not have to ask them to repeat. My issue was resolved and I thank you.

I did not have a good customer service experience. They could not answer my questions and I was spoke to like I was a idiot. The "expert" I was transferred to raised his voice at me and tried to intimidate me. He was very rude. I honestly don't think anyone is working on our account or reading the documents I am downloading. They take our payments every month, but haven't been doing anything with our creditors. We are very scared that we have made a huge mistake trusting this company.

To many problems to list.... most credit cards just lays unattended and cost in intrest and late fees just keep climbing....l finally withdrew my unpaid accounts which are now larger and contracted credit cards and made much better payoff agreements than l got with others they negotiated.

My experience with Royal Legal Group has been nothing but amazing. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. Usually when I call a company for information. I end up feeling like I’m in the wrong or I’m upset. Not with Royal. Your company is very gracious. Thank you for your help and understanding.

I'm getting a little skeptical about this organization. It seems that things are moving at a snails pace, yet the creditors are contacting me all of the time about settling the account. I'm concerned about the fees that keep being added to my accounts. I wonder if I should just negotiate with the creditors myself and move this along. Anyone have any input?

I was not happy about finding debts credited to my account that were not mine. I hope this will be taken care of quickly.
