Still waiting on my order from beginning of May. Sent 4 emails asking where order was, no response. Clicked on refunds on thier page sent them another email no response. This is absolutely a scam. Have to take the loss of 79pound because there is no way of contacting them. Scam, scam, scam

I ordered a pair of On Cloudrock Mid Waterproof Walking Boots on 28th April and paid £89.
What I received almost 1 month later was a cheap pair of black plastic sliders worth about 10p.
They have not responded to any emails I’ve sent, so be warned!

I got a pair cheap black sliders worth about £1, and 1x pair of cheap white childrens socks.
I ordered a pair of trainers on 19th March 2026, haven’t got even a response to my 3 emails. It’s completely a SCAM, no doubt.
Took ages to respond and eventually sent totally wrong useless items. Tried email for refund but it's a scam email address and doesn't work. Steer well clear!
Complete scam. These guys should be in jail. They pretend to sell branded shoes and send very cheap crap instead and they put something that looks like Trustpilot stars on their website. The police should get involved.
I ordered a pair of trainers but the ones that arrived were a vastly inferior pair of low quality trainers completely different from the ones I ordered. I have requested a refund/return via email but have yet to respond to emails

Stay away!!! this is a scam company they take your money and stop communications. you cannot track anything with the tracking number they send and your package won’t arrive.

This company is a scam. Orders don’t arrive. They spin you a line about tracking issues as a delay tactic and then stop responding. Going through dispute resolution with my bank to try to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I have ordered from them 2 weeks ago. Firstly I received an email saying that the package was nearly here. When I contacted the courier they said they hadn’t received it. I contacted the company they made up some story about delays. They said 3 days. I waited and the tracking said stuck in China. I’ve asked fa refund No ANSWER
