ROX - Diamonds & Thrills Recensioni

Hi unfortunately I can only judge Rox on delivery of the products, I am still waiting for the second item to be delivered which has been caused by the poor performance of DPD! Rox have communicated well throughout originally with Chloe and then Jill. I have no doubt I will be communicating again on Monday.

Easy to use website and good after sales correspondence.

Chloe went above and beyond to source the Gucci watch I wanted and Jill was so helpful answering any questions I had.
My order was was quick and easy to do and when my watch arrived, Wow! It was so beautifully gift wrapped.
Thankyou 😻

I would just like to say a really big thank you for the prompt and efficient service that I have received from start to finish.
The transaction was effortless and every question I had was efficiently answered. I will definitely shop with ROX again.

Excellent service. Item delivered the next day with the extra security of pin number for identification. Lovely gift packaging.

Good product at a great price, received within a short period of time with no hassles. Choice to be delivered or picked up in-store.

I walked past the Rox store and instantly got taken back by the beautiful window display.
We were greeted by smiling and inviting staff. They listened to my ideas of what I was looking for and produced a few options that were exactly what I had in mind. Their customer service was outstanding, professional and very knowledgable. The aftercare of my purchase, information and documents were all swiftly taken care of and made the whole experience a very pleasant one. Thank you all and especially Giulia.
I will definitely be back soon,

I've only ordered so far and all is good. Hoping for a good delivery and it to be nicely packaged.

I received my order and wow the packaging was absolutely amazing, didn’t expect it at all. Really impressed and will ordering Rox again.. Thank you for making the packaging amazing!

My fiancée and I had an excellent experience with Aharan at Rox while selecting a diamond for our engagement ring. Aharan’s friendly and professional approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through all the options without any pressure, and really listened to what we were looking for.

What stood out was how she made my fiancée feel so comfortable and involved throughout the decision-making process, which made it even more special. Thanks to Aharan’s help, we found the perfect diamond, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommended!

The customer service has been impeccable and they could not do more to help. The communication has also been without fault and the jewelry itself is beautiful.
